1.45 Crores for 1590 sq ft is like 9120 per sq ft. Itโs too much for a 8 year old flat in that area considering depreciation. Projects under construction are quoting around 8000 per sq ft in Nallagandla and surroundings, subject to correction.
Itโs better for buyers to go for a brand new flat instead of buying this one. Itโs just my opinion.
