    1.45 Crores for 1590 sq ft is like 9120 per sq ft. Itโ€™s too much for a 8 year old flat in that area considering depreciation. Projects under construction are quoting around 8000 per sq ft in Nallagandla and surroundings, subject to correction.
    Itโ€™s better for buyers to go for a brand new flat instead of buying this one. Itโ€™s just my opinion.

      8 yrs means they could have bought around 60 to 70lakshs , bcz my cousin in this area 3bhk 2 yrs back 1.05crโ€‹ , how owners are greedy this is not land this is appartment life span will reduce definitely , other way waiting for new one will not take one era ryt 2 or 3 yrs ๐Ÿ˜‚ that's it instead of buying old property this much cost will get brand new , as a mediator when u r posting these kind of videos hope u have a word with concerned owner regarding depreciation even though it's near Wipro circle and near malls , as we are not staying or gng malls daily ryt ๐Ÿ˜‚ any how all the best for the pl who are looking in to this
