      Ohh that’s great what would be return on investment for past 10-15 years in USA & let’s compare with us and Hyderabad Kokapet area back in 2009 land rate per Area cost was some where around 4-6 cr at max now the land value is 100 cr here u can check if u same time 2009 if a person bought a property worth the same value in Dallas what would be his ROI Now ??

      @@VamsyBovilla if the real is bumped like that which means somebody paid over priced., for example the guy in 2009 made a wise decision and bought land that’s actually good move., and the guy who bought the same property for 100cr in 2019 is stupid because in next 10years 2029 the property won’t go up to 1000cr right? basically in india one section of ppl like smartass rich fellows, builders and politicians are making smart move and making you guys pay the price by hyping it., never think you are also smart ass guy like them after buying the property for 100cr because you already fucked up., now come to US here we have real estate boom and dippression but there will be economical reason behind it like tax rates, intrest rates, recession etc which are very valid reasons for financial echo system ., and it doesn’t matter for what price you buy the property in US eventually it will give you profit and even if you buy it at bumped at intrest rates you always got opportunity to refinance when rates are down., so don’t ever compare the USA system with India system in any sector., néeku ardam iyye badhalo chepali ante builders and real estate brokers mee lanti laki kallu moosu jella kottu pirra gilli uyyala oopu dimputhunnaru real estate loki , meeku hyd outskirts future super adi edi anj konipinchi they investing that money in much more farther side of hyd and sketching it for next generation bakaras., anyway if you want to prove your point 2029 lo née property ni 1000cr sell chesi ikkada reply pettu antha varaku don’t even bother to reply to this post., you are dismissed

      Master size is 19*16 sft which is quite a big size and coming to Washrooms Major Focus is to give a walking in closet coming to bath Tub or jacuzzi u can plan with a slight floor modifications can be done

      If we talk about plan In South India Vastu is more important than anything especially in Hyderabad almost all builders they will construct according to Vastu we plan accordingly then Master Bedroom has to be in South west then kitchen has to be in south east then remaining center area is used for dining it has to because dining area should be closer to kitchen then how can u plan in Andhra & Telangana is u can’t sale small 900 -1000 sft flat with a Vastu it’s an important point
