Right next to the elevator, no thank you. These condo tours seem like a real estate promotional video. I would prefer if you told the negatives as well as the positives. On another condo video Shaun was selling the positive of not having a remote for the air con because you wouldn’t lose the remote, come on be real. I suppose all the tv’s in the condo do not come with a remote! These would be a lot better videos if they told the good and the bad, not always a plus, plus plus video. Stay away from real estate agent speak and be real.
Come on Cooper let’s have honest reviews showing the good and the bad. Like in this video right next the elevator might be okay for some but point out it might be noisy for some as well.

Agreed. If the 35 sq m is 15k, then based on the same baht per sq metre, the 2 bedroom should be around 27-28k baht
