2. How do I train them?
3. How do I keep them from absconding?
4. How do I make sure the quality needs of clients are being met?

partially disagree. If everyone was SO focused on selling something unique like Meta, Uber, Amazon, etc. Then there would be no young millionaires on the internet, I am not at all influenced by them, tbh but I personally feel like a unique idea, something out of the world, universe kind of idea, is for the billionaires, becoming a millionaire in a decade or something is quite easy in today's age, if you look at it that way.
But I also agree completely that learning skills first and then jumping on creating an agency or something goes a long long way than just sitting and doing nothing will. Learning sale, marketing, copywriting, new services with coming of the AI, becomes extremely very important and necessary than just starting an account with agency name on it and showing it all around, flaunting the name around like an idiiot
I was just trying to prove my point of - "Solve a problem to make money!"
Akshat what are your longterm plans w your agency, For how long do you think your agency will be relevant enough to keep generating good amount of money
