Worth every penny!!! I originally got a brand new 2022 exactly like the car in the video, except the brakes were painted red also. Literally couldn't wait to get to drive it every day. There is so much handling and performance that's not mentioned in this video. If you go to the ST experience after you buy one of these, you will get to see what this car can do, there are things built into this car that they show you at this experience, they even put you in an ST( (not yours) and let you run a road course so you can see the handling. So just a month ago a deer ran out from the side of the road and obliterated my new ST causing a total loss. I was devastated was an understatement. I quickly contacted my Ford dealer and told my salesperson to please find me an EXACT ST like I had. At first, they told me they searched everywhere and couldn't find one and would I take one that didn't have all the package with it and I said, keep looking, because the ST I had, had every package they offered on it, and I wasn't willing to have anything less. Then thank goodness a day later they found one, a 2024 exactly like I had, so I bought the same car again. Those seats in this car are like nothing I've ever sat in, and the acceleration is incredible. I love it and the fact after my first one was totaled and I bought the exact same thing says a lot about this car. I can't tell you one thing I dislike about this car. When I sit down in it it's like you're sitting in racing seat and its super-fast, with the twin turbos, you got the speed.
I just bought a brand new 2023 ST that set on a lot for a year fully loaded with red calipers and cup 2’s and I love it and the discount I got off of the $58,000 price tag!🐍
My local dealer will order me a ST configured just as I want it. I’m an older single guy who doesn’t need a third row and I’ve been a Ford driver for 30 years. Never had a mechanical issue with any of my Fords. The ST pricing is in same price range as the competition so I don’t understand the complaints about pricing? The car world is not what it was pre-COVID. Some people haven’t figured that out yet….you want a popular or hard to get model….be prepared to pay up these days. Very little or no haggling room anymore.
I bought a new 2019 Edge ST in November 2018. I love it! Yeah it’s a bit pricy, but so what? It has the premium Pirelli P Zero summer only tires, not a big deal here in California. It satisfies me. Without the heated steering wheel, but all other options, it was only $51,630!
I like that the infomat screen is a light white and gray color. Makes all the words in black very easy to see. Like the overall looks of the cars exterior but would like a color that is not black. As you were driving along the bright infomat screen bothers me. Can the screen brightness be turned up and down? Would not speed the asking price for this vehicle. Just too much. An old design with some refresh. A family could buy a new Civic LX base 21:3121:31 and a new base Forester for equivalent $. I would worry about reliability and longevity with this vehicle..but admit it is handsome! Good review!
One thing they didn't tell you is that Ford is using generation 1 of 2.7😂😂 way better gen 2, used in F150 since 2018 is still not introduced in Edge! What a shame...

I got mine! It's a blast to drive! My last car was a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and this is a big jump in performance.

True it might be a bit expensive, but they sell everyone they make. You’ve got to pay to play. Nothing is inexpensive in this day and age we live in.

Is it worth it? Well considering a Porsche Macan is $50k starting with a turbo 4 I'd say yes
