I also used to ask this question to every educator before...but iska sirf ek hi answer hai which is practice, consistency and patience ...there is no shortcut for this thing

If we didn't use guitar for one year and after that.if we are playing. Will it have any sound problems .proper sound won't come from strings? Does it need to get serviced?

Train your ear then you will find on by own
Deepanshu joshi has a video on this topic. Search him
Put headphones in your ear then play the song 🎵 and match that pitch on your guitar.
Basically it is the work of ear 👂 and music sense.
