PCT Sobo: Washington

Now that the first 100 miles is over, it's time to take down Washington, home of Mt Rainier, Mt Adams, and the famous Goat Rocks Wilderness, a MAJOR highlight of the trail for us!
Miles 100-505.5- July 13th at mile 100, Snoqualmie (259.5) on July 22nd, Goat Rocks (after 358) on July 27th, got to Bridge of the Gods (505.5) on August 1st.

I went through 3 tripods on my 2020 NOBO. Mid-Washington was also brutal for me and easily one of my least favorite sections of the trail (along with Norcal)

Aww man, I totally screwed up on the picture profile. I was setting up the camera with HLG3 as per Gerald Undone on the plane ride over, and I somehow didn’t save the settings! I didn’t find out until the after the Sierra, I was so disappointed. That’s why so many of the shots are blown out in the highlights, the HLG profiles call to expose to the right (brighter). It ended up shooting in ITU709, which isn’t so bad out of camera, unless you accidentally over expose your shots. It’s been not so fun to attempt color correction

@@MeowHikes damnnn, understandable though gamma curves are the last thing I wanna think about on trail Lmaoo, the colors are there though! But hey none of that matters when you when you have killer story like you do! This series is bouta be the best out!
