Were from the UK and looking to buy a truck and 5th wheel, and travel through the usa. So we have no fixed address here and are not registered in any state. Plan to register the vehicles through a Montana LLC, but how do we get insurance without an address?
@@Mrinsurancesteve I called very similar business in SD today and they told me their clients are experiencing problems getting insurance using their address (which is a legit street address, which is also a campground address as well so has plenty of parking). Insurance companies are checking if address is a registered mail agent, I guess.
we have handful of work trucks that we are wanting to register under the montana llc. they are insurance in my home state where they are garaged under a commercial policy. Am i still able to do this procedure? do i need to match my companies names?
Companies that are corporate finance friendly like ALLY, GM, Mercedes, Ferrari Finance, Porsche Finance, etc. contact John Stoppler with Montana llc services to help get the deed moved over - 888-774-7274 Or 406-560-7063. What to do? I want an insurance who allow Montana registered vehicle. Could you help
about to buy a travel trailer via the MT LLC route .. then go full-time RV-ing around the country. My towing vehicle is licensed/registered/insured in CA ... Following your advice, I should register/insure the trailer in MT correct? So then I will have both CA and MT plates on the back of my trailer?

I spoke with one of your staff today. I am in California and am exploring the Montana LLC option and was curious about the insurance aspect. The only quote she could get me was a 1200% increase from my current policy. This is a two year old (stock) truck that won't pass smog and I need registered out of California. Do you have any ideas for me?
Will your current policy allow you to add an additional interest for the Montana llc? California is a difficult state with the lack of companies available. If you’ve got a good price I might be able to guide you through your current setup to make it work. Feel free to Reach out to me 636-410-6219 ext 101

I have Montana LLC. I want to register my motorcycle and Motorhome through the LLC. Motorhome is financed through US Bank. I currently live in California. Both vehicles are over 12 years old so I assume both can get a permanent plate. I am currently insured through AAA for the motorhome. The motorcycle was just purchased yesterday. Paid cash. Both are garaged in California. Whom would you recommend for insurance going forward?
I have a Montana LLC, and I will very soon receive my car's new Montana registration and license plates, so I contacted National General to have them add my LLC as an 'Additional Interest', but their computer system would only allow my LLC to be entered as 'Additional Insured', complete with the LLC's Montana address. How critical is this? Should I still try to have my LLC entered as an 'Additional Interest', or does it not matter? What is the difference between 'Interest' and 'Insured'?
National general will start to send you letters for title and cancel your insurance. They aren’t very Montana friendly at all. You need to list it as an additional interest not insured. Call or text me at (314) 368-9125 and I’ll walk you through it.
@@Mrinsurancesteve I gave a call to this number today and the 2nd number you list on dirtlegal and was told I need MT garaging address and 2 proofs of address, also that address might be likely required to have actual "garage" building! Never heard in my life address needs to have a garage structure to have car insurance! Garage building to have liability insurance even? I asked if I can use storage facility address and told no. Well I live in Europe half of the time, storage is my garaging address in the US. I was told new insurance requirements, etc, blah, blah. Any valid information available that makes sense actually? There're lots of full time travelers now, it's not 1950s anymore. Do you have any company friendly to full time travelers like me?

I live in Hawaii but am wanting to purchase a vehicle in Iowa and register it in Montana. What would you advise me doing if I were to do that? Also would I need to be there physically to do all this?
It would depend where it’s garaged at. If Hawaii, I wouldn’t be able to help as that’s one of the states I don’t hold an insurance license. If Garaged in Iowa or Montana, I can help. You don’t have to be present to register in Montana. Go to our Referal parter’s site dirtlegal.com and any of the guys can help get that done for you. Tell them I sent you.
HI....I am from Michigan. When you go to register a vehicle here you need Michigan insurance. Are you saying that you are allowed to register a car in Montana with insurance from another state?
Yes, you can do a mt llc on any car. In a lease, if the lease is in your company name you’d register a foreign llc in Montana and then re-title the vehicle in MT as another location. You’d then use the sos of Montana proof/registration of foreign llc to show that you can legally conduct business in mt. This bypasses any permissions from your leasing co. If lease is in your name you might be able to deed the vehicle over to your company and repeat the aforementioned states but your leasing co might permit that. In that case you can go through South Dakota. Contact Dirtlegal.com to help you with that process. Tell them I sent you
Well I called two insurance agents listed on your dirtlegal website today and they told me they require Montana garaging address for MT insurance (I'm a full time traveler). One said 2 proofs of address would be required for any address, including utility bill, which is not possible for MT, for obvious reasons. Another said their carriers might require that the location has actual "garage". What a bunch of nonsense. Even directly online with one of those big carriers no proof of address they said require proofs no proof of address is required. So may be you can update your website with actual current insurance information, what you currently list requires proof of MT address for MT registration and have very limited presence in other states. I would like to know how I can get insured before I buy a non-RV vehicle for LLC.
