I would love it if you put out a video on how to fuse them back together. I’m working on a Tron disc right now, and I need my print cut into 4 pieces to print.

Awesome video! What are your support settings? These look much better than the ones I've been using for my storm trooper armor.
You don't have to delete the other model. There is a way to set up multiple print beds with PS. Angus from Makers Muse has a video about it.
You can also just hide the other part in the list on the right column by changing the visibility toggle.
Nice tutorial! FYI: Your sound goes out of sync towards the end of the video.
