In my list of the top 20 concerts I have attended, 5 of them are Little Feat concerts, with #1 and #2 slots being Little Feat. They were the greatest performance band of my lifetime.
You can't get most audiences off their seats or their phones at most shows. Its nice to see the old-timers teaching by example how to actually enjoy a moment rather than memorialize it on your phone.

Saw them once just shortly after Lowell died; my brother's band, Camp-Harlow, opened for them a couple times in KC area, possibly when Lowell was still alive. Good to see them but they are a shadow of their prime selves.
Sorry folks...I love Little Feat, been a fan since I saw them touring with the Grateful Dead. This isn't Little Feat, this is lame. There is no energy. no passion, no connection with the audience. I just saved a few bucks on a concert ticket.
Let me get this right... a band that started in 1969, has lost 2 founding members and has aged 50 years since they began doesn't bring the same energy they brought 20-30 years ago (not to mention Paul fighting Hep C)? Shocking! Always wonder why people like you feel the need to post a comment that is nothing but self-serving? Opinions are fine but simply knocking a band because they're old is just passing a negative vibe. It should be no surprise they've lost a few steps. I, and many others, are glad the torch continues to burn for our favorite aged bands, even if that flame doesn't burn quite as bright as it once did. Who expects perfection from aged musicians? All I need is a groove and a smile when I'm watching guys old enough to collect full SS. A good friend just drove from NY to Florida for Feat shows (he's 54, been going to shows since we were young teens, he's seen more than 1500 shows in his life, I've seen over 1000... so, we do have a bit of an idea about music)... I love all sorts of music... saw Black Sabbath a few years ago (for about the 15th time throughout my life) and though Ozzy is shot and Bill Ward wasn't on the tour, I'd go again if they toured again. When I want a bit more energy, there's always Phish, Lettuce, Ghost Note, moe., Greta Van Fleet, Mule, Leftover Salmon... and the list goes on and on. Don't piss on peoples parades, just be thankful we have so much music to choose from and if one of the bands is not, or no longer, for you, then find the one that is and let the rest of us decide what is for us... at least until a time machine is available to get us back to where we were young and the music was fresh! And, though I'm only reaching the end of Skin it Back and I'm not on the best of audio equipment at the moment, it sure sounds tight and definitely listenable, if a tad slow on the tempo... certainly wouldn't call it lame! Peace...
Oh they can still do it.They just screwed it up by recomposing the songs. Believe me it sucked on half the songs. The bad part it was the half that they did from let it roll or before. Cut the tempo in half on r and r doctor, willin, and Dixie and you got some slow no energy shit. They could get it on when they wanted. They just tried to reconnctruct our favorite songs and play half a show on material must feat fans didn't come to hear. I didn't here anyone in line hoping they play rooster rag. And to make it worse the sound mix sounded as shitty as it does on this show. This coming from someone who always had Columbus as my desert island album.
Oh and im an old guy too, cant hardly remember 54 sorry I lost count on shows seen sometime in the early 70's . Little feat aint a slow jam band that's all,age had nothing to do with it.What a disappointment we were so excited and it never took off. Sorry for the rant but their my fave.

Ugh, something has been lost in the translation over the years.....I don't mean to state the obvious but 50 years later with the residual original band members and some fill-in's for other missing members and you get something like this.....yes, the instrumentation is pretty okay, but the vocals suck, the tempo/timing of most tracks is way off (slower) from the originals, and the percussion just isn't the complexity and lead element like it was when Richie Hayward held down the drum kit. There was a Feat post Lowell but even that era Feat are gone and out the window thru the years, the toll taken by time/age, old audience, new audience, etc. It just isn't the same, sorry. Sorry I don't think I've ever heard of Rob Kolt ( never made it to the big time and prob just does covers no original stuff) is he a Poser or a musician?
@@leestaniszewski7236 congrats I never heard of Lee Silgado either, is he a another wannabe musician or just another cheetos eating keyboard warrior in his Moms basement wackin off to the cover band known as Little Feat?
My all time fav band, but this is not the feat of old. Vocals are bad. Still love them though.
Sorry boys, but I didn't think much of it.
