I love how the walls of the bridge get destroyed throughout the fight. Such a nice touch to the battle while slowly revealing the way to defeat him to first time players.

Sekiro is the only game i never deleted because i didn't want to forget the movements and the gameplay,once in while i play it to find other ways to defeat bosses just for fun,masterpiece,i love to watch your style brother,im good but youre far better.

Still on my first playthrough of Sekiro, and yesterday, I managed to learn Oniwa's patterns; beat him with deflections only and no damage. It's so, so fun and satisfying. Right now doing this Temple area. I wish we had reflections for these mini bosses, specially this one.

We deserve a Sekiro 2, or at the very least a spiritual successor. I can imagine Sekiro combat in different settings/time periods being extremely interesting.
The point grind is brutal, I don't know why they had it set so high. You can beat the game four times and still be a dozen points short! And they're SO expensive at that level too!

Actually there's an unused animation for when armoured warrior dies to terror acclamation, in fact alot of bosses surprisingly. So it'd possible that you can use that animation when AW has 0 HP

Ehhhhh, I love Elden Ring but not every game needs to be an open world. Also I’m unsure Sekiro’s combat would work for a 100 hour game. It works for Souls because of the amount of options you have for builds and equipment. If you did that for Sekiro it really wouldn’t be Sekiro at that point. By

@@hollandscottthomas Sekiro follows pretty much the same formula are the souls games, just with cutscenes and more dialogue but a shorter more simple story. If they can convert the souls formula to a larger scale, there's no season why they couldn't do it in the sekiro "universe". It won't ever happen anyway, but I think it would be incredible.

Did From do this just for the familiarity of the game’s Japanese audience, or to show that he’d been in Japan so long that he just naturally defaulted to Japanese conventions at that point?
'Roberto' just so happens to be how the name is spelled in Spanish and Portuguese... and considering how most Europeans in Japan during this time period were from Portugal, it actually makes a modicum of sense

Historically Japan used to be visited by a lot of Portuguese Nanban missionaries and merchants, so he's actually not all that out of place.

I recently got the platinum trophy for sekiro, aside from the skill points grind at the end this was one of my fav experiences in games ever

Boss enemies have to get a death blow to die.
Actually there's an unused animation for when armoured warrior dies to terror acclamation, in fact alot of bosses surprisingly. So it'd possible that you can use that animation when AW has 0 HP

That's way too big to give the tight, clean feel of Sekiro's story. Doesn't fit the singular, tripped-back narrative.
