2pac week would be so dope. he -- and other 90s rappers like Biggie -- are considered the some of the "GOATS of Hip Hop" by many, yet they are so rarely covered by reactors on UA-cam. Let's CHANGE that!!!! I'm 100% down for a Pac week or a 90s hip hop week -- that would be DOPE.
Most people into hip hop have heard most of those classic rappers tracks by now so it's hard to react to them when it's not new.
It's funny cause everyone calls pac the goat but can't name 10 songs
It's funny cause everyone calls pac the goat but can't name 10 songs
I know really makes me feel like an Old Head when these other reactors stumble across a Tupac or other '90s hits say they've heard the name but never heard their music & they really love it when they hear it
@@brandonbrown821 Shakespeare us overrated asf. His plays were so boring and ass
The day you hear me say I ain’t want “a week of 2pac” is the day I’ll quit music.
As a Tupac fan here is what I want people to really understand. It's been many debates about Tupac not being lyrical, his rhymes are simplistic etc. Tupac first and foremost was a poet and story telling artist. Now Tupac could get lyrical when he wanted too but Tupacs aim wasn't to make super lyrical songs all the time otherwise your records wouldn't sell Tupac had that commercial appeal about him and he knew simplicity in his songs that has a meaningful message, that feeling and good solid production will sell and gets you radio play pac was literally speaking for the voiceless that's why his music is so heart felt and so relatable to so many people and he can also switch it up giving you the love songs for the ladies, hard core joints, songs for the party and clubs to dance and nod your head to Pac was an all around versatile artist he gave you every element on the mic.
People like to take his commercial radio songs and say he isn't lyrical. 🤣🤣. It's obvious people don't know the difference between radio songs and lyrical songs that's not meant for radio this is the reason why most of these super lyrical miracle rappers can't sell records or make a hit song to save their lives. Tupac was an legit song writer and hit maker writing a song especially a hit song is quite difficult than rhyming a bunch of words that don't mean anything and wonder why their records ain't selling. RESPECT THIS MAN PEN and PAD and overall artistry.
Pac actually got better after every album most artists is only good as their first album.
The "2pacalypes now" was his lowest selling album because of the harsh political songs on that album and you can say some of the songs production wasn't that great neither but his overall message was always up to par on them tracks though. Every since after is first album the rest of his albums gradually got better as far as production and the content of his songs got more recognition because of the versatility he put in them.
Facts
@@rigger49er That's everyday when it comes to Tupac. Tupac was reaching and teaching the people with poetic messages. Miracle lyrical rap can only go so far that's only for play for artists to rap the most clever complexed bars. When you trying to sell records songs have to be structured in relation to what masses want to hear. Pac made thought provoking songs that touches the mind and emotions.
@@deontaymarshall5704 that the reason Pac is the goat in my eyes. Pac, Cube, ScareFace and E 40 are the narrator’s of my life
@@rigger49er Say no more bro 💯
I’d definitely listen to a Pac week. Honestly I think if you did an album listen on RA’s All My Hero’s Are Dead, it would give you everything you enjoy about rap. Bars, jokes, legends..
You would need a helluva lot more than a week for Pac lol
Facts
@@jpotts1097 He needs to do 2Pac Tuesdays.
🔥🔥🔥🤘🏻🖤
@@jpotts1097 facts!!🤣🤣🤣🔥🔥🔥
2pac voice was so smooth when he rapped. One of the smoothest. It was pure butter. Flowetry.
All produced by Eminem. PUT SOME RESPEK ON HIS NAME
PAC AND EM IS JUST LEGENDARY ON THIER ON OWN
11:16 not this album but the one after it "Loyal to the game" Em was given acapella Tupac verses and produced 13 of the songs while providing beats for all of them, editing Pac's vocal speed/pitch, also editing phrases and words together so it sounded like Pac said "G-unit" "Obie" and "Em". Another reason Em is the GOAT in my eyes.
A lot of people got butthurt about that not realizing he got the co-sign from Afini Shakur
@@andrewstableford9781 I mean yeah and even as fan of Em's production I can see why people were not satisfied with beats provides for this album.
That's exactly my issue with the album. Editing it to make it sound like Tupac said 50 , Em and G-unit was disrespectful. That's was just fucked up and dumb. I absolutely hated that. I also didn't like how he slowed PACs vocals down so much. Made him sound weird. Make a beat to fit his vocal not the other way round. The bonus tracks that em didn't produce were much better.
I love Eminem but Loyal to the Game was a MASSIVE miss imo
this.
Em and pacs mama produced this album
I’d love more 90’s hip hop. I’m 22, so even though I try to find all the masterpieces, it’s not easy
For me growing up in 90s South Africa, I listened to 2pac,biggie, ice cube, cypress hill(skull & bones my fav album, boys used to free style in the old flat to the instrumentals), wu tang, then came along Jay z and Em then you know the rest.
I'm all about 90s Hip Hop... Who r your favs?
90s was the best era of rap imo
@@shintenkai1648 you miss some jadakiss , nas , mobb deep , CNN , DMX
Wu tang clan
Would love 2Pac week and other 90s hip hop. Produced by Eminem and he didn’t nor wouldn’t take a dollar for it. Says a lot about his character and his respect for 2Pac and hip hop.
EM snapped on that shit
i imagine its his way of showing respect, cant rap weak when on a track with pac
@@charg1nmalaz0r51 fr💯
Yeah please more 2pac
Im sure you already know that Eminem produced Tupac's album Loyal to the Game
I didn't know that, and that album was fire top to bottom.
Woah i didn't know Eminem was a legendary producer and greatest rapper of all times
@@JosefDaBoi187 Yep 👍 produced a bunch of 50, Royce, produced a track for KXNG CROOKED 'S #FamilyBvsiness "Skip this ad" AND produced a track for tha ShoeGang called "Liquor Store Church" and the LSC Freestyle. He's a LEGEND
He also produced this song
Yea Eminem produced 90% of that album and help mixing as well on that 2 Pac "Loyal To The Game" album
Ayyye !
Let’s get Ems tribute song to Proof- “Difficult”
Yeah Eminem is good at taking other peoples style he is coping Tupac's style
@@andrewlindemann21 It’s a posthumous collaboration. 🤦♂️ read a book son.
Tupac's mother and Eminem executively produced this album
When I first heard about this years ago, I gained a lot me a lot more respect for both Em and Afeni - Afeni has had a TOUGH life, and it’s awesome to see Afeni working with someone like Em who has always respected those who came before, but this isn’t recent, this is when em was still slim shady. Knowing what I know about Pac and his mom, Afeni must have seen more of the man Marshall Mathers than the “Slim Shady” he was back then.
Imagine if Eminem did a album with 2pac and Biggie before they got shot
Never was a thug, just infatuated with guns
Never was a gangsta 'til I graduated to one
And got the rep of a villain, for weapon concealin'
Took the image of a thug, kept shit appealin'
Em is the GOAT, But he definitely said some shit about bein gangsta in a song.
You don’t have to be in a gang to do some gangsta shit
And I liked your comment so not just a Stan defending lol
@@jeffrhodes8103 facts bro, I'm a huge Eminem fan. Not disrespecting at all. I just wanted to say something, Cause Stevie said. "He never said anything about being gangsta".
@@wirepros1207 I got you, missed that
Would love a 2pac week he's in my top 5
He's my number 1
Pac is the Goat with all due respect.
Yea PAC week!!!!!
I’m same age as PAC and ‘Em 49
PAC is my fav Rapper of all time
Em is Second. PAC…. Goat
As u say (it’s just Different) I was a senior when he released 2pacalypse
Now. 1991! Great year for music
Part time mother…. Wow that song was crazy,
Sad… we all lost when he passed
11:24 - “The Game will never be the same” SHOTS FIRED!!!
Imagine what Pac album would've been like if he lived considering his last 4 or 5 Albums were his throw away verses and songs he didn't think were good enough.
Pac just wrote and recorded. I would love to see a thought work of him. He thinking about the bars construction, learning new technics... I believe he would do real good shit.
He would have fallen off. You create new songs forever. It comes to a point were you have rapped about everything and you become repetitive
If you do a Pac Week you got to Listen to
Tupac - Ballad of a dead soldier
Tupac - Heartz of Men
Tupac - If i die tonite
Tupac - Me against the World
Tupac - Tradin War stories
Just to name a few
Only fear of death
Blasphemy
If I die tonight
It ain’t easy
Unconditional love
On My block
Violent
Man Pac got to many Tracks
Hell yes for a Pac week!!!!
Yes classics need light, the more we understand where hip hop has been the more we can understand where it is going
More 2Pac man, sup, I can't wait.
YES PLEASE 2PAC definetly a day a week love that
A Pac week would be fucking amazing, just put yourself in the mindset that Pac is not a heavy bar rapper, he is a poet and a storyteller that can spit if he wants to, but it's not always his priority
I said something similar to what I said in the comment section. He has to put himself in what Pac is rapping about in a poet point of view. People can be so fixated on bars on how cute rhymes can be put together in clever ways. When rap is much more than making complex bars yes that has its place But this is why I don't like the comparisons between Tupac and other rappers because Pac was in his own lane and was making his music to shed light on different life events giving a voice to those who relate by rapping about their lives and also his own personal events.
But he also gave you bars here and there flexed his lyrical tongue but as you said it wasn't always his priority he was versatile so he gave us pretty much everything on the mic. I wish people would understand this like me and you.
Bro, outlawz been going hard ever since Pac past. How can you not want to hear from the people closest to Pac, they all absorbed a piece of him. That was young noble, fatal, and EDI on that track.
But the truth is the Outlawz at the time flopped most of the Pac tracks, they made them sound lowkey bad. No bad blood though, peace ✌️
Tupac week would be fiiaaahhhh!! 🔥🔥🔥
90s hip hop is the greatest 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Can’t never go wrong with 2pac. More PAC equals more views
Most definitely we need to dig in onto more 2pac
Yes please! 🙏 2pac week is very much needed one of the best poets ever in my opinion 💯💪
The greatest story-teller in the history of the rap game. Pac was bigger than rap and hip-hop.
2pac week would be great
Fuck yes to some vintage reactions! 2pac, Wu Tang, OutKast and everything else like it!!!
Runnin' (Dying to Live) 2pac and BIGGIE! It was produced by EMINEM!!!!
I am ready for Tupac week let's get it🔥🔥🔥
This is a classic right here🔥🔥 The first time I heard this song I was blown away
One of my fav songs from back in the day
I want a pac, Joyner, j Cole, or k dot week!!!
Thanks, Stevie. I love this collab and the song itself !✨🎶✨
dope to see you evolve so much over these past few years, i preciate the work you put in stevie
Preach, my brotha… Preach! Luv u, spread the message
2PAC is my all time fav definitely need a week or 52.
Em slayed this beat possibly his most underrated verses Ever yet he killed this entire track & PAC’s rhythmic poetic verse is dope but Em obviously overtook this entire songs frfr THE GOAT OF HIP HOP FOREVER!✍🏽🐐🔥🎯💯
yes! been waiting for ever for you to dive into Tupac's stuff.
can't wait.
Definitely, a 2pac week would be dope
After slim dropped the Marshall Mathers LP I wanted to hear how Him and Tupac would sound together. They would have made some hard music.
Still bums me out to this day that Tupac is gone.
Definitely do a 2pac week
Please please please do a Pac week Stevie!! If your from the west coast, Tupac just hit you DIFFERENT. People judge who the goat is by their sales, or what they've done for the culture but if you ask me what we should be basing it on is how many of their joints makes you FEEL something inside, make you THINK and make you EMOTE. By that metric, Tupac is the goat and it's not EVEN close. Would love to see if you agree, and a Pac week would have me personally locked in 💯 much love knight nation!!
2pac and eminem the only 2 rappers who give me goosebumps
Tupac Tuesdays at minimum. But a week would be amazing!!!
yes yes yes and another big fat YES for the 2Pac week
I would love a 2pac week. Besides EM he’s my favorite rapper
I always said Pac was smart enough and wise enough to be President and I stand by that to this day
Facts
Fuck yeah 2 PAC week would be 🔥. Please start with dear mama, I just loss my Mom last week, and this song has always hit me differently. I walked off ten years in prison at the age of 20, and I've been out for 4 years now, and doing great. Anyways, my girl, and my Mom were the only two that never missed a beast throughout that bid, and now she's gone.
Glad your out and I’m so sorry about your mom homie. Just know that she’ll always be with you and she’ll be waiting for you. I did time also not 10 just a couple but like you said my mom and my girl would come see me. Stay strong stay positive stay you and remember mind ova matter grind ova chatter don’t talk about it be about it keep climbing the ladder.
2Pac was part of my late Teens. Such an Amazing Human ! . Sure wish Pac was around still. He loved all People . Amazing Rapper and Writter. Eminem is my Fav of course 🤣💕💕💕
You are the one of best YT reviewers out here . Love K.H also.
Absolutely need a Pac week!!! Hell we need a Pac Month!!!!
Hellz Yeah @SteveKnight.... We NEED That Tupac Week Fo'Sho...
Thanks for all you do for men around the world fam love the content fam
Hell yeah Stevie a pac week would be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Just how many rappers out there can jump on a Tupac beat and not only match the cadence, but the intensity, AND lyrics at the same time. I mean, yeah, Tupac influenced countless rappers over the decades. But when it comes to doing original lyrics ON a Tupac beat WITH Tupac doing a verse.... just how many of them can "match" expectations of what you are doing by using Tupac's legacy on a track?
Honesty, I can't think of many rappers that can do it properly. Em is obviously one of the few who can. But even then, the question still remains.... who ELSE out there is going to be able to jump on a track and NOT disappoint you at the end of the track.
They can copy cadence style flow voice but noone can have the passion that pac had
CLASSIC I have the dvd of this movie to this day!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been waitin for this for a Long time
Drop it im here for it love me some 2pac music anything must listen
Can't wait for 2pac week
2pac Week!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Pac's rhyme flow-stop-flow rap pattern in so different and ill.
Preach. I'm a woman, and I'm a masculinist. My husband works damn hard to make sure me and the kids are always taken care of. As his woman, my job is to make sure he's taken care of when he gets home. My man goes through too damn much to go underappreciated.
Yes 90’s can’t stop it it was loud and dope
I’m totally down for a week of Pac.
YES 2 PAC WEEK PLS 😎
Hell yea I’m all for the Tupac week
Definitely would love a Tupac week, Nas week, and Lupe Fiasco week. That's my top 3 of all time for different reasons. No particular order. But yeah e eryone would love Pac week even Will Smith.

I agree with You 1000% about the men's rights Bro
Fuck yeah you have 100% of my support and beleive in what you say, big words on a big subject and its refreshing to have someone with a platform to spread the word.
I’m from the Bay, up in Frisco and The Town- East O. We love PAC. He one of us. Remember meeting PAC when he was Digital Underground. I respected PAC then. He was different back in the day, but had that hunger. My man was one smart brotha though. Definitely need to do that week. Love your channel bruh. You are right about that shirt. No one ever speaks on the men. Especially in the East O. They just want to hide us. You keep on keepin on. You one of a kind.
2pac week? 100% dope, would watch that 4 sure! All them oldskool features like C-bo, Spice 1 💯🙏🏽
YES!!! 2Pac week!!! You NEED to do a pac week, big week, nas week, etc.
100% feelin the Tupac week idea.
My two favorite . Ty Steivie your the Goat
😱😱😱F yeah 90s throwbacks and pac week!!!🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🖤🖤🖤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Dear stevie, regarding mens rights advocate and the issue of feminism: I’m afraid that your perspective on a lack of mens rights advocate only shows that there might be a lot about the concept of feminism you don’t understand. Feminism is not woman’s rights advocation, it is anti-disenfranchisement. This means that feminism is also for mens rights. I am a professor on the subject at University of Helsinki, and could join you for a conversation on these issues if you’re actually interested in them, so that we can make sure we’re all clear on what messaging we’re backing. Most important is to avoid an either/or separation. I generally find your opinions expressed in your videos to be well weighed and considerate, so hence this message.
I'm glad that I found your comment. I hope that Stevie Knight sees this as well and reaches out to you...
Facts thank u 🔥
I would agree, but feminism is no longer what it used to mean. Nowadays feminism is toxic and is now a movement to exclude men so your talking about 1st wave, I'm talking 3rd wave feminism which is currently rapid in this generation
@@wholelottagangshid no, I’m afraid you are absolutely mistaken on your waves of feminism. 1st wave feminism would be the movements of the early 19th sufferage feminists and quite far from my points. 3rd wave feminism is closer, with additions of intersectionality. What you’re calling contemporary feminism is actually a neoliberal bastardization of identity politics, which feminism is not, (even with intersectionalism). This is a larger issue, not relegated to feminism alone. Indeed it is this very mode, this identity politics, that produced the shirt he is wearing: it is a politics of exclusion, categorization, and othering. All things feminism has fought against since it’s inception. You’re not wrong tho, that there are also women and “feminists” out there who themselves don’t know this difference. So on that, I take your point. But we should resist acknowledging such a stance as feminist.
You can't convince him about anything he is too far gone. The irony here is that these "real masculine men" are so insecure about how other people live their lives and think jordan peterson is their god or something
Hell yeah i would love to see you do a Pac week!!
I’m down for a 2Pac week!

I'd love to see a back in time sort of series comparing some 90's -20's era songs. Like what rap n hip hop song topped charts in the 90's compared to what tops the charts now or even other era's in the genre.
