Love this! I've been binge watching your videos lately so that I can create a garland for my daughter's graduation. You've been so amazing at explaining everything. I have one question though. When do you determine how you're going to tie the balloons together? I've noticed sometimes you tie the neck and sometimes you do the 260s. I just want to get it just right lol

Thank you, if the neck is not stretchy enough for me to tie it to another, the 260 makes it easier to attach
