When you rub the confetti balloons on the carpet or in your hands, what is the purpose? Are you just causing static electricity for the confetti to be dispersed around?

I can’t get my petals the same size to save my life! Lol I practice all the time. Especially when I’m on long boring work calls. I mute the phone n try n try but can’t figure out the petals. What’s the secret?!!

Yep! I learned this from watching her. Otherwise they settle at the bottom due to gravity.
