It used to blow my mind how something this great can have very few views, until I realized that a great band targets audience similar to itself; because it's who enjoys this, not how many. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed and will definitely continue to enjoy this
Thank you so much for this music! In a genre saturated with melancholy and introspection, the uplifting and pure happiness that emanates from this album is much welcome. On the first listen I was even moved to tears from the emotions that it stirred inside of me. Thank you.
What a fantastic album. I surprisingly wasn't aware of Post Rock as a genre until I stumbled upon this channel, and it's had a huge impact on how I approach music writing. Thank you, and keep up the good work. 🤘

I might not make friends here because of some comments I've read, but I think that, I mean for the intro, the drums are what make the vitality of the songs here. But the whole thing (all the instruments) makes it wonderful, thanks again, channel
The first morning I wake up at the home on the beach I plan on buying later in my life, I'm going to be listening to not only this, but PostRock in general. It just takes me there, and that's where I long to be. Where ever your "there" may be.
@@ispellitnature when I do buy that beach home, I'm going to comment back here and let you know. This album is amazing and has gotten me through my days at work many times. God is doing things in my life and I will be commenting again some day. Keep going. Never stop chasing your dreams.
@@ispellitnature wanted to update you that while I haven't bought the beach home yet, my wife and I just bought our dream home and moved into it this past weekend. Next is the beach house!

Wow.. Just amazing.. beautiful.. you proved me wrong because i thought that all the great postrock musicians come only from Scandinavia or from Iceland.. ;) :) You are such a good exception from Canada as the Hammock is from US.. :) Great.. i am so much in love with the entire album.. Following you on the facebook now..
I Spell It Nature oh shit the band replied. Sweet album first off. Around 14 minutes, theres this progression that sounds kinda like that main riff from Hypnotize.
hahah i kinda hear it now!! I wrote that part and can confirm that I never heard that song before :)! I think SOAD had a time machine, copied us, and then wrote their song! :P

Wow Laura - thanks so much for the kind words :)!!
This one definitely ranks among one of my favorite new discoveries in the genre. The album imagery, name, and music all go together so seamlessly.
WOW!! That's so sick! Thanks so much!!

As the lead guitarist for the band, I highly disagree with you. It's all about me. Never about the drummer. :)
This album is truly a hidden gem. My all-time fav post rock album along with Message to bears
Thanks Tom!!! That's so great to hear we're your all time fav!!
Great Album. No flair, no flash, just good music to the point. Excellent post again.....(Hands of Time).
Thanks for the kind words!!
I appreciate how you interact with people commenting on your work. Rare thing to see these days. Shows integrity.
This is really good. Superlative musicians. ‘Post-Rock’ is new to me.
Thanks! We barely call ourselves musicians so this is great to read haha!
One of Ottawa's best post-rock bands.
Thanks so much!!
Definitely a gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm sitting here essentially snowed in next to a bison ranch in Colorado today and I saw this album cover and it looked appropriate.

OMG the strings remind me of a horror movies soundtrack.... can't remember which one tho!
Haha what part in what song???
This is a motherfuckin A+ album!!!
YEAAAHHHH!!!
SupeR!
Super thanks!
Wondering if the band name is a nod to Spinoza's philosophy, or something else? "God or Nature"?
We actually took this from Frank Lloyd Wright. We wanted to name ourselves: "Off the Shoulders of Giants" but it was taken I think.
do you have a timestamp for the songs , love the album
It's in the description. Click "show more"
Hit 'Show More' in the description above. They always have the timestamps for the songs in there.
Thank you!!
Anyone else notice that soad riff? Fits well
Does SOAD = system of a down?? haha. Please show me - I'm curious!

COME TO BRAZIL
Maybe one day :). Thanks so much for listening!
Very amateurish guitar playing, but nice melodies.
Hahaha this is very true. Neither of us (both guitarists) took lessons, or know chords. We just try to make things that sound nice.
$5 receipt
Dont want to be cruel, but its 43 minutes of no good melodies
LOL. true.
