Odds are she's going to be fired. Federal employees, unlike most Americans, have worker protections. This means the agency needs to properly investigate and document the incident so that when she's removed she can't win on appeal and be reinstated. It's not as simple as just firing someone the next day.

All companies "remove employees from a role" as they gather the facts. Then when they get the facts they usually fire them. They do this so the employee can't sue them for wrongful termination. They handled this situation well. They discovered the problem, removed the employee as they gathered facts, then let her go once they figured out everything was true about her. They did this all internally then let the public know. That's good means the organization doesn't stand for discriminatory practices like that. The other type of company would cover her behavior. They didn't do what typical companies do when a high ranking employee does something wrong. I hope now the government investigates and send her to prison for up to a year and give her whatever fine they give in these circumstances

It is clear that the message was that he did not want to render assistance to dem voters at any time. Both cases feature public servants that would decline the, possibly lifesaving, aid that they are required to provide by law - based on their own and the recipients perceived political orientation. Both of them were in positions were they were in charge of a number of other public servants. I.e. these cases are "just as bad" IMO. And both could result in loss of life, health or property.

Both cases feature public servants that would decline the, possibly lifesaving, aid that they are required to provide by law - based on their own and the recipients perceived political orientation.
Both of them were in positions were they were in charge of a number of other public servants.
