I just traded my 2013 first generation for the second generation 2018 ... It's been improved tremendously ... I definately love it ... It looks though, that, the Premium Model for the US market differs a little bit in features ... Great review ... Keep up the good work ...👍🏽... And you are super cute !!! 😘
nothing beats the former WRC champion's, Subaru, despite its' safety features, considering its engine to provide adequate power for the car, the AWD variant could kick off just fine, this car deserve 5 stars
Summary of this, JUST FUCKING BUY THIS! It's far better than those boring and underpowered Toyota and pricey Honda. Subaru XV has great driving dynamics, great AWD system and #1 in safety. Nuff said.

Very good review I would say and it's sad to see that you guys don't get the Eyesight system yet and also get that abomination of an infotainment system. You mentioned THE most important aspect of buying this car - tire roar and the overall cabin noise. Will be test driving this soon so I'll keep a keen ear for this!
Subaru has been named the best company by Kelly Blue Book for 2019.The Crosstrek was the Lowest cost to own over a five year period of the competition. Also the best resale value too. Consumers Reports named Subaru the best company for 2019 mainly because of the new global platform Forester, Crosstrek and the new Ascent 7 seater. In another important list that has put Lexus at the top for over a decade now had Toyota second, Mazda jumping 10 spots to finally make the top 10 list had Subaru at 4th spot. Subaru would have rated higher except for some issues with the WRX and WRX STI. Although WRX should be dramatically improved when they introduce the new global platform next year. The Crosstrek has the same steering wheel ratio as the Subaru BRZ sports car rear wheel drive. Two professional drivers took the Honda HRV and the Crosstrek on a slalom test drive. The Crosstrek had no understeer and handling was better than the HRV. Even though the HRV has very good handling with great response steering ratio. Honda's always have had great steering response. Yet, the Crosstrek won in the slalom test drive with no understeer like the HRV had quite a bit of understeer. Crosstrek also passed the Moose testing whereas the Mazda CX3 failed and got a poor grade. Watch on UA-cam. It's in Spanish but has subtitles and you can see how poorly the Mazda CX3 performed. The standard torque vectoring system really works well in this test
Team what is your opinion on buying 2018 subaru xv? Does current second hand value is very affordable for its performance? Approximately 2018 subaru xv is around 85k-90k.
Nice review. Drove the top spec XV and compared to its predecessor, it definitely much improved in the NVH department and won me over for a tough rather compact urban runabout.

The CX-5 competes with the Forester. The Crosstrek is in the competition class SUV of the Mazda CX3. Honda HRV as well. Although this Crosstrek blows the competition away from the above mentioned. It can compete with the Mazda CX-5, even if it has less HP than the entry level Mazda CX-5.
Why Malaysia has to put a 300% duty tax for car :(((. In the US a Hilux in only $10,000 (you can try and convert, but don't deny that they earn as much as us numerically)
