I am at a loss for words with this build. This is probably the only custom cafe racer on the planet using this platform. Unbelievable for a first build; absolutely stunning engineering and aesthetics! Every bike you have presented this year is a show stopper then you top it with the next one.

First bike I’ve ever seen using three piece wheels, man’s got some very good taste. And I like that he stuck with Yamaha’s signature theme color as well, bike is absolutely beautiful and truly an incredible work of art.

Sometimes it takes someone outside of the "Box" (like Aki Suokas) to show everyone inside the "Box" what is possible. You have to wonder if Aki`s father knew when Aki was exposed to motorcycles at 10 years old, would become a brilliant designer/builder when he grew up? Thank God for father's (lets not forget mothers to) and everyone else that exposes our youth around the world to the motorcycle environment. And as always, thank you Racer TV in presenting new boundaries that Aki was brave enough to venture into, raising the bar of possibility for those who dare.
I love the morphing graphics that show the before and after. They really give a sense of how much was changed and the worked involved. They’re an excellent device in these custom build videos. 👍👍
For an amature builder, he certainly could teach others a thing or two! His solutions with the mechanical designs are brilliant! I see a bright future for him as a professional builder...
I LOVE this bike. I bought me a GTS last year, and i love it. This is a very rare and special bike, and alot of mc riders have never heard of it. Thank you for showing us this one.
I will try to make myself understood. In the past, the motorcycles that they had in the past were customized. The spirit was to reform to run. Why not do the same with the bikes we have today? It's not classic. It is not conventional. It is not the pure. But the spirit, the essence, the soul, the purpose is the same. Reform to run, enjoy, feel alive. Comparing to the stock version, this is the best work so far i saw. What a awesome motorcycle. Also incredible those wheels, especially the front one. And the colour fits perfectly to this result of great craftsmanship.

No doubt it's a stunning, amazing, incredible beautiful project!!! "but"😂, as a life long rider I need to have a feedback from my front wheel, with this set up it will be very hard to know what the front wheel is doing, (my humble opinion), great clip as always!!
Good point. According to the builder, riding this bike feels like a normal bike. And according to some reviews about the original GTS, the only advantage of this front suspension, is when you brake on corners, turning the bike more stable than the ones with conventional suspension. Amazing how he used Z1000 stock exhaust! I was always thinking about using it under the tail on some project but this is so good and makes the exhaust unnoticeable👍
Lazareth France.....combined a GTS 1000 with a 1200 Vmax engine. He created the most advanced mod of a Vmax ever build. A cafe racer of the fuuture. If you don´t know this masterpiece you should learn about it. It is awesome. Don´t know how it rides, but the look ist fantastic. I love your channel

But we also have to take into account that it is a very difficult project to do. Only someone with high technical skills will be able to do this. There's nothing wrong with wanting to copy it. but normally, once finished, it is never exactly the same, as most people mold it to their personal taste. :) Cheers.
