Something tells me the headless Glitch (that’s the name of the entity that insta-kills you), is, well, a glitch. Glitch in other versions of Error 422 do have a head, so it might be a mistake by the creator. But from what I understand from the video, the version you showed was the first version of Error 422 that started the whole creepypasta, so I’m not really sure if the headless Glitch is intentional or not.
In my opinion it’s like the ai started doing stuff it’s not suppose to do like starts taking over the game and controls everything in the game like a broken ai or the ai got a virus and maybe set that guy the link because a ai can have more control of something then you think.

i doubt anything in this version is an actual glitch or mistake, even if something isnt like other things it just seems likely to be intentional
