Affording 3k a month rent + cost of living in NYC on 100k views a month? Not even a person with 1 million views a month could afford this. We don’t know her rate for that, she might make enough to cover 1 month of rent with just 1 sponsored post. And she doesn’t just do sponsored content once a month. At the end of the day, we aren’t in her bank account so we will never know how much she truly makes. She knows what she can or cannot afford. We should just support her and her sister as they are experiencing new things in New York.
A lot of the content will inevitably be filmed in the apartment such as vlogs, cooking and fashion videos. As a content creator she needs natural light and aesthetic backdrops if she wants to get views. So it makes perfect sense to me that she would spend that much on a nice place.
