I purchased a Lixel K1 two months ago and I have not received a response to any of my technical questions and requests made to the two emails available from Xgrids. Do you have technical service? If you sell your product in Europe, why don't you implement the UTM ETRS89 reference systems, zones 29, 30 and 31, for example, in your Lixel Studio software? I have asked you for a key on several occasions to test the LCC software and I have not received any response. When will you release a non-beta version that all users can test?
