RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 zucchini.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
1/2 red onion.
1 garlic.
2 sweet peppers.
1 carrot.
1 tomato.
Olive oil.
Cover with a lid and simmer until all vegetables are cooked.
Tomato sauce 3 tablespoons.
Mix everything thoroughly.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.

More than just zucchini and eggs, more like a ratatouille with scrambled eggs
Ish. I think It is disgusting. A lot fewer vegetables -- same ones if you need THAT many -- and a couple of eggs and you have a nice frittata. I don't know what that is , but I'm damned if I would spend all that time doing it before breakfast.
I thought so😂 too.. only zucchini and egg are the simple breakfast engridients..
You have good recipes but videos are to long so I never finish them

This wasn't that long, but she just kept adding and adding things to a recipe flagged for Zucchini and two eggs. Anybody can make something with 8 ingredients -- I was looking to see if a zuke and 2 eggs could make something interesting. (Not).
I detest videos like this: false claims.

I would suggest you not use that frying pan anymore if it's made of teflon. You should get a frying PAN.Frying PAN that has no cadium, no lead and no nickle, etc.. This is a bad example for your good cooking.
