So true! It's like an all-in-the-family kind of business these days. Even your own realtor push their favorite settlement company. Read everything before your sign and don’t get intimidated by all the chatters coming from every which way. Interviewing and checking reviews can be overwhelming but it is also important process. It gets easier after few calls. You got this:)
Got a question... I have a separate lender and a separate realtor agent but don't they have to know what each other is oking? Like, the agent has to know what I was approved for so she can find houses that fit my budget but also the lender has to know what house I am eyeing so he can see if I can afford it....yes?
this sounds like great and common sense advice....but isn't "time is of the essance" when buying a home. In order to close in 30-45 days...all the research and interviewing of people takes time. How do you do what you're saying in a practical way?
You should be researching before you start shopping. Buying a house is not like buying a Subway sandwich. You need to plan out months in advance in order to have the best experience.
We actually do not do VA construction loans and we had a gal that did but the company that was doing them is no longer doing them. It’s a weird time for VA construction loan.
Many blessings to you and your Familia.
Thank you. You as well:)

Yes, it is always good that the lender and real estate agent both know what’s going on with what YOU want.
Thank you
