You are inspiring not just for the obvious but for the subtle things like you keep a very neat house, you appear on video beautiful with no makeup you have a supportive husband and you are a dog mom. Your athleticism is just icing on the cake.

Great job. Always been active and tried to stay healthy and fit. At 70, work out 3-4 days a week, no health issue and no meds. That said in my next life I would like to come back as Kristi - fabulous routine, dedication, goals and results - you rock!!! Love your videos

I loved the video. Very down to earth and well put together. It was great seeing how you make time for your dog. That is important to me. I tell my dog the same thing when we cant go out for a long walk.

You ma'am are a beast! Spend 30 years in the Marine Corps and suffered some injuries right after I retired! So for the passed 9 years it has been injury, recover and repeat. But I watch videos like yours to keep me motivated! Good luck at the games!

I love this stuff. I've spent over 45 years of my 59 training in the gym. We're an athletic family and are good at numerous sports. I have an Uncle in the Northeastern Hockey Hall of Fame. I have a nephew who was drafted by the San Francisco Giant in 2021 who will be inducted into the Northeastern Baseball Hall of Fame for breaking numerous records. Me and my brothers are good at most sports - baseball, hockey, tennis, golf, martial arts, etc. so we live for this type of lifestyle. Kristi is very motivating for people like me. Keep up the good work, Kristi.
