I had a mobbing situation get so out of hand as a travel nurse that a group of coworkers tried to fucking kidnap me at a gas station because they believe one of the horrific rumors that were said about me thank god I was armed and they saw that I was and took off I showed up to work the next day with 2 officers and a detective the case is still working itself out but they were literally trying to make me look crazy or get me to kill myself it’s insane
What a great description of this phenomenon(?). Now I understand that has happened to me in the last year. It all fits. How sad to end my career like this because of individuals being threatened while I was only doing my job. Very sad.
For me its always been managers. My last job I quit and filed a complaint with the my state. I won 6k. If you are in NYC DON'T go to H.R. file with Department of Labor in Albany.
I dunno about this, because let's face it, companies have quietly endorsed bullying and harassment for a very long time. Would they not have done this if it is not profitable? Companies are all about profits over people aren't they?
HR doesn’t do jack about it that’s why I apply for jobs in case I experience it again so I have another job lined up. It’s happened before and will continue to happen

Most mobbing are enabled by management with HR's help. That's why the staff member is helpless.

Same here, Monica. I never imàgineď, the company I hoped to retire from, destroyed everything that took decades to build.

Mobbing is widely common than understood
Yes. More you read about it, more you are assured, it was the case right from your first job.

Absolutely. It's just that people are exhausted and are now sharing their experience on social media.
“… ratebusters…” refused to be pressured to “… underperform…”. This is so fascinating and also true.
