    बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर जी इस एक्सरसाइज से मेरा दर्द तीन दिन में ठीक होगया मैं कोई भी एक्टिविटी नही कर पा रहा था,न बैठ पा रहा था,डॉक्टरों को व दिखाया दवा लिया कोई फर्क नही पड़ा दवा का असर ज़रूर हुआ होगा थोड़ा बहोत लेकिन ये एक्सरसाइज इस पेन का रामबाण इलाज है पुनः बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर जी अब मैं पूरी तरह से स्वस्थ हु ,अब हर तरह की एक्टिविटी कर पा रहा हु.....🙏❣️❣️

    You can't believe that I needed to get an injection whenever I get backpain. But this man saved me from that wrong treatment. The pain just goes away in one day after I do this exercise

    I have been sleeping on floor and I have back pain I tried keeping pillows as I watched other videos now I am sleeping on bed and it hurts less but pain in right side was not going away but now it feels okay I did it for few days

      @@SHAILENDRASINGH-dj5cd mujhe 1 week se pain ho raha tha myne inke bataye exercises ki hu turant fark Laga..but aur ek dusra exercise bhi hai woh try kre poora ka poora kam hojayga...chair pr straight baithey...do legs jameen pr rakhe, jis leg me dard hai woh leg dusre leg pr rakhe yaane( thigh ), phir dheere se body ko jhukaye poora jitna ki chest leg ko touch ho...20 secs ruke, phir dhire se vapas aaye...aisa 3-4 times din me 3 baar kr saktey ho...mera 4 days me total 100 percent kam hua hi try kre

    Nice Video Sir. Due to long working hours and bad life my backpain was really headache for me as i cannot find any solution but thank god my friend suggest me few yoga poses, physio therapy along with using yograj guggul for last 5 weeks and i feel so much comfortable now

    But I experienced , physiology treatment is only for temporary pain relief. But in few months again pain starts.. Better to go for Non surgical treatment,
    Bcz I got treatment done in "Praaana pain clinic hyderabad " And I'm completely pain free now... Its like a permanent solution..

    Wow! I was suffering from 2 days, tried deep heat, some other exercises but no luck. Just tried all 3 by myself and I can say I have recovered 75% from the back pain and spasm. Had exactly same issue of unilateral spasm.

    1. Tried extension and flexion exercises through your videos. But not getting satisfactory result.
    2. MRI report says mild disc bulge causing stenosis.
    3. No pain in the morning, but increases till mid day. After applying heat pad pain goes away. Next day the same process repeats.
    I am not able to diagnose whether it is due to mild disc bulge or spasm. Feeling very helpless.

    2 days ago I had a bad night ....I was not able to sleep properly....Next morning this motherf**** pain started......Mid to low back right side....I thought I got some kidney stones....But by this video I knew mid se bhi pain hota hai....my job is sitting 7-8 hrs.sometime jab khada Hota tha to sidha khada nhi ho pata tha...thank you Dr.

    Ek din hamara bhi hoga jab satta bhi hoga and satta chalane wala nokar Shah bhi hamara hoga bas aap iase hi hame padhate jagate and batate rahe .Aapka and aapki Tim ko koti koti pranam.

    Hello doctor. I get burning lower back pain on right side of spine. I had anterior wedge fracture long time back. But it is healed now. My work load led to a little back hunch and one day I got intense low back pain. That burning pain has not gone away till date. Now I feel little sciatica pain in right leg. I am worried if it is cauda equina or other such emergency. Please advice

    Sir i am having both side pain of waist, particularly upon contiguous 3-4 hrs of sitting or standing.
    I had epidural injections couple of times in two years. Had been told degeneration, age 58 years. Follow physio exercises @1 hr daily. Pain reoccurs. Pl advice.
