Pocket Tote Bag - Folds neatly into drawstring pouch - Beginners project

Simple project that requires a small amount of fabric and some cord or ribbon. It would make a nice gift.
MATERIALS:
2 pieces of fabric : 20" x 15" (51 cm x 38 cm)
2 pieces of fabric for the handles: 4" x 15" (10 cm x 38 cm)
2 lengths of bias binding ribbon: 11" ( 28 cm) long. Mine was 1" wide, about 2.5 cm. ******* if you are using a strip of fabric instead, make sure it is wide enough to hold the cord or ribbon.
2 lengths of cord or ribbon of your choice, about 26" (66 cm) long each.
