my friend you have no clue how much you have helped me. im from the states and bought a king arms brushless. well it seems that alot of company provide fuck all directions, info or even a way to access it. my motor has a little switch on the bottom that doesn't appear in the few pics i found of it. the retailer has no info but you-aces. it has to be a ROF reducer. its the same concept as yours I imagine except yours looks way more badass, shame its covered up. sir thank you. I'm off to test that right now. you are my new hero. I subscribed and am looking forward to seeing how your motors do id love to buy one once they are tested teched and kicking ass. again cheers my friend.

There's a chance they are the same or nearly the same motor just with different external finish/colors. Perhaps different number if wire windings for different RPM. The XT and the King Arms are almost certainly rebrands of another motor.

@tairtech I've not seen inside every Brushless Airsoft motor but there seems to be quite a difference in the electronic components used by each one. Be interesting to see where this leads. Early days at the moment, hard work to bring this motor to market at this price so for sure components are all shared. The King Arms is twice as expensive as mine so very unlikely it's the same motor. I was offered a number of different external can designs so I think that's where the similarities occur. The factory which made mine are new to the Airsoft world, well so they said! I have no reason to doubt them however you never really know the full story.

Thanks for the kind words. It's early days for these motors. The first initial batch has gone out to testers so I'm just waiting to see what improvements can be made etc.

With brushless motors you have to turn anti breaking off as the MOSFET reverses the polarity, effectively putting the motor in reverse. This will damage the ESC of the motor. I'm not sure about pre cocking but I think this works the same way, so best to turn that off as well, please advise me if I'm wrong.

Yeah for sure, turn off Active Breaking and pre-cocking to be on the safe side. I believe some brushless motors like the T238 has a capacitor fitting that allows these functions to work - not 100% sure though

Active braking does not reverse the polarity. It just shorts out the motor windings to itself.
