Recently aquired a sv650s from 2000. With a "bos" exhaust, sounds similar to this one. cannot wait to get my license and actually ride this bike since the sound is absolutely amazing
@@aricroy4258 well you see the first thing that would happen once i got back from riding is a beating. besides just 2-3 months and i'll have my license. something to look forward to
Ich spiele ja schon lange mit dem Gedanken wieder mit dem Fahren anzufangen und mir eine Sv650 zuzulegen. Das Video hat den letzten Tropfen für's Fass geliefert 😉
I still own my SV650S 2001 as a second bike. And, I'm still loving it. The V2 is enough on 99% on road. I love playing with friends with MT-07 or Z800, they prefer to be far in the mirrors.
What about torque at low and mid speed? I owned it long time ago and what i liked (and currently want i want) is power at any gear instantly, top speed is not that important.220 KM/h is enough for me
I had a sv650 built to perfection. I missed that bike forever. Should have never sold it. I now own a xb12R pretty sick. But no need to ever part with a sv650 it never gets old

you have to take off the gas tank and the air filter box, underneath is the carburator. there must be 2 openings into the carb where the air filter box connects to, there should be the restrictors@@grazvyy
but you also have to retune your carburetor because without restrictors you get more air into the engine, the best option is bringing the bike to a workshop
@@extazzz1029 at the age of 18, youre only allowed to ride bikes up to 48hp here in germany. Only after 2 Years of riding or at the age of 24 you can ride bikes with more power

how so
could be either in the throttle cable housing or if your unlucky the bike has restrictors in the carburetor
how they can look in the carburator?
