I spent a large portion of my childhood wandering around my family property, which was a highly wooded area at the time, even when it was night. Those were the moments where I could escape to my own imagination, find comfort in temporary solitude, and even play around with the neighbor's cat who frequently visited me. I'd like to have a cat someday.
