17:45 To clear up some confusion,
Sonic.EYX (or Sonic editable ROM) was created using Clickteam Fusion, with the message popups regarding the internet connection and webcam being fake, simply created with the "Popup message object" extension. The game itself isn't a virus, but is visually presented as one due to the overarching lore of the project.

There is an Unnamed NMI FNF Mod which is kind of the same thing. It closes your OBS, changes your wallpaper and mouse, and even spams images once you finish the song. It does the same when you lose as well as closing your PC.

I've noticed a few weird things, you can see these things in the full-screen live shots.
1. There's a Sonic plush in the background, you can see it from the beginning of the video to 5:36
2. At 5:36 , the plush disappears, as he gets the text telling him that Mrs. Major is behind him.
3. At 8:04 , it reappears, but this time as a Sonic.EXE plush.
4. At 14:44 , right after the sponsor, it disappears again.
5. 16:08 : Sonic literally walks into the room and beckons you to follow him. He then suddenly disappears when Sonic runs away in Sonic.EYX.
After this, we never see Sonic again, plush form or no. We wait for him to come back, but he doesn't. But then again, that's because you shouldn't be waiting for him, he's waiting for you.
I might be a bit late to this video (and by a bit I mean over a year), but I haven't seen anyone else mention these things, so I thought I might as well.

10:52 the virus started screeching in (Due to pitch volume) was likely pain, probably from either having to work so hard to destroy the computer, either way whatever reason, it's like the computer virus knew it was being deleted and was in complete suffering while it was happening.

Crypto, the next time you do these types of videos, I recommend running a vm inside of another vm so your main pc doesn't get attacked by a virus that detects your vm, attacking the other vm instead.
