Property managers are the fault here, they should have a updated list of which cars to tow instead of making case by case decisions when cars are hooked about to be towed, wasting time and costing driver money. towed, they waste the towtrucker's time and costs him money.

If the compliance date expires and the tow truck has arrived on the scene and hooked up the vehicle - - last minute "saves" and last minute after-compliance-date fixes should not count. The money should be paid to the towing company or the vehicle towed to the tow lot.

@@LazloNQ tow trucker said he works in the office and signed out the last vehicle. As for the car, they get an extension to fix the tire and get it tagged or running or off the property. That's how it goes. They do or they don't does not matter to the tow guy. If it is not resolved they will be called back again to remove it. If it gets fixed they tow other vehicles. As a contractor you keep the client happy. In his position if you get called to tow, then told by the office to leave it, its no skin off his nose. He gets paid regardless. His employer no doubt charges for call out and for tow fees. So if a driver collects a fee and drops it and comes back with another call out, its faster and more money for them then if they towed the 1st. If the client is happy that they come quickly and reliably and are proffesional, then his empoyer is happy and tow trucker keeps working making him happy. We get videos making us happy. A win win here. The only ones who lose out are those who ignore the rules and don't communicate.
@@LazloNQ How curious, according to tow trucker, the maintenance guy was the only other person's authority, other than the office, that he would take. Most of my life I had to rely on my hard work, being a good neighbor, and rolling up my sleeves to figure it out myself, don't forget to update those documents, and very occasionally, sometimes, the kindness of the assorted rainbow of strangers. I was raised to be polite, I could still be angry, but I also had to take responsibility for my actions. Not use my body to block a legal tow action, not to screech over someone trying to "win" by intimidation. Nor have her child intimidate a stranger to the point someone has to fear for his life. A "brother" stood up to support this?

Typical welfare fella.
That was a little scary when that dude came up on you like that. When you tow from a neighborhood like that you should take someone with you for back up. Be safe Johnny. God bless.
Hi Johnny .... greetings from over the pond here in the UK ( you are now truly an International super star ) You have kept me and my family entertained these last few weeks with us all being in "lock down" over here keep up the great work looking forward to seeing more content
My question is why doesn’t the office update the damn list daily? I just don’t understand
TT obviosly knows what he's doing , curious if he checks with mgt. before he starts towing?
The property manager calls him. He has no authority to scope private property for expired tags.
Too much work for the office lmao
The same people that run the whole city of Atlanta probably run these properties so no surprises here.
Yes, I’m here for the start❣️ I love this channel, especially the towing of handicap cheaters❣️❣️❣️❣️
Would you tow veteran who's parked illegally or let them slide???
@@BluePhoenix2013 my son is a MC Vet. I’ve had to fail vets on smog tests. It sucks, but it was my job. I’ve been called every name in the book but a white woman because people failed their smog tests. I finally quit. My nerves couldn’t take it & my stress level was getting to high. When it comes to vets, I don’t know if I could do it with a clear conscious, but I would have to because it was my job. I would hate it, but it’s your job. Shoot, where I live there’s an AF base. They have to bring in military vehicles, non-diesel vehicles, to be tested. Some have failed. They had to fix the problem & bring it back to be retested. You’ve got to do what you are being paid for. If you don’t like it or can’t take it, quit. It sounds easier than done, but I did it. To answer your question, yes.😢
So true. No the feeling. When i am not with my son he doesnt park handcap also when he is running into a store just to get milk and i am in the car he still doesnt park handicap. People get plenty of time to fix the problem and thy say i didnt see the sticker but you can see where it had been. Or even the one they made. I love watchin this. Keep it going.
People just jump to 100. I get the frustration if you called the office, but don’t immediately think people out to get you. Catch more flies with honey. Situations always work smoother if your not a jerk. High props for your calm yet don’t back down attitude. That’s why i watch, you know your job and work it well.
The office needs to get their sh*t together with updating that list.
Wow. . That dude getting up on you was real sketchy!
Good thing his Momma was out there and sent him on back. Hope she sets him straight. Glad the maintenance man was around for your sake too, and you video. No need for anyone to come flying out like that.

@alfred selle
You need to watch again.
I feel for you Johnny. Just trying to do an honest job. . .and you end up dealing with the garbage! You better go with the vest on that property.
Nothing is honest about taking folks car for profit

That dudes moma had to put him in place. Great job John
It’s always amazing to me to see so many people just hanging out at the house doing nothing but as soon as the tow truck pulls up everyone comes outside full of energy. Why are these people never at work?
You’re a good man Johnny. People in this country can learn a lot from how you handle things.

If I was confronted by an angry mob like that, I would stop talking to them, lock the doors on my truck, and then go strait to the apartment office. Once I get confirmation there, I'd make the office manager talk to the idiots outside. If they still harassed me, I'd call the police.
Yeah well you sure did Punk that one guy with the dreads. He walked up to you and then you stepped up to him and he ain't do nothing. Lol.

Johnny, maybe it would be an idea if your company had a graveyard shift. You guys could pickup these cars while the crazies are sleeping, and get them signed off online ahead of time before the office closes.
Love how he said don't talk to me but he's talking to them that's how a man talks
Young blood is often hot headed, many of us were before we matured. It was good that some more mature people in the family/community helped calm things down. He might have felt he was protecting his mama. But lets not forget what its like to be young and help these young hot heads reach adulthood with the least amount of damage along the way. Well done Tow Trucker for keeping the lid on your own emotions too.
Absolutely right. I was a young man with a hot head; I often shudder with embarrassment thinking about how I was in my early 20s. Learned a lot since then and now I try to help younger folks understand it's a normal thing and all of life doesn't have to be that dramatic.

I totally enjoy when you tow those disrespectful cheaters.
I can't wait to see him tow one of the people that keeps parking on the sidewalk, blocking that woman from getting in!
Hey man I can tell this one hit hard with you. They've been able to get away with they're shenanigans for who knows how long and now enforcement has arrived. You know something, it's the office that is going to get you hurt. If they are going to tell you to drop vehicles and release vehicles when you are hooked to them, people will give you a hard time to get released too. I would hate to see something happen to you you are a very respectful person and the vehicles you tow are because someone has told your bosses to tow them.
Take care of towtrucker and all of the good people out there, have this guy back PLEASE: He's a good guy
Next time you go there to tow the same car that guy will probably be in jail and you won’t have to worry about him again. He has a horrendous attitude puffing up his little chest like a Japanese Puffer Fish.
