due to incorrect mewing doing around 10 days .my left jaw is slightly unsymmetrical from the right jaw. because of i started mewing around 10 days and i put extra pressure on left pilot . by this after 10 days when i close my mouth the left jaw is tighter . and when i close my mouth left side which is developed by mewing my teeth slightly tilted to this side
.then i stopped mewing. so i have two option . 1- start mewing to less devolved side . 2- waiting until it become fix naturally because only 10 days i do mewing . so my muscles are not much affected .also which side i chew food more?. any suggestion???

I have started my journey. It's been 7 days. Self imorovement ke samay tume bahut jada matlab kamse kam 90-100 gram consume karna chahiye. Or ab meri parents bhi protein ke bare me emphasize karre hain. Isliye mera kahnab ya hain ki agar tum kam protein consume karte ho to pehle tumari ba or baap ko iske bare mein samjho.mein dabe ke sath ke satta huin agar tum tumari ma baap ko protein ke bare mein ekbar samjhao to o lok saed tume utna jada protein na de lekin kamse kam tumari diet me 20 -30 gram protein increase jarur karenge. At the end of the ye 20 ya 30 gram protein e bahut kuch badal ne ki power rakhti hain.meri sab uncle short hain lekin unke sab bete around 5feet 10 ya 11 ke aspas hein. 7 se 8 inch ka height difference ho gya sirf ek generation mein protein intake ke bajese. Aur asi itni hazaro difference protein ke bajese se ho satta hain
