I have 3 tears in my shoulder I do not want surgery.
How can one do these exercises if they can not manage to stand dye to loss of one hip?
@Corexcell Sports Training & Rehab: Do you know of any exercises that can fix a biceps tendon problems in the shoulder? Whenever I throw, my biceps tendon in my shoulder pops and it hurts. It has ruined my ability to play overhand sports. I have the same problem in both shoulders.
Bicep tendonitis is the same protocol. Just like fixing elbow or wrist pain is the same protocol. U have to fix the main four Shoulder exercises first. Once u stabilize the shoulder, then u can go in and start putting pressure on the injury location. But if the shoulder weaknesses are not resolved then the injury will have more torque on it from lack of support in the chain and you will never heal or re-injure the injury again later on.
Hi zack, Have you been able to treat those with the SLAP variation of shoulder labral tear where the long head biceps subluxing & leads to compensatory tightness in biceps and loss of ROM at shoulder/elbow, or would these be more suited to surgery (Tenodesis)?
