I always had Dull achy pain in my elbow....... it flippin sucked. Trevor nails it, was always a warning sign of Tennis Elbow for me, Completely quit throwing breaking balls for a full year thinking it was bcuz of that..... Found out my second year in Jr. College ball that I had a piece of Bone and cartilage stuck in my elbow joint. I was never going pro, but sure made it annoying to follow my dreams of at least making it to a D-3 School. Once we found the issue, trainers really helped after pinpointing the true issues!

Can you do a video on how you use laminar flow on your Laminar Express? That's a super interesting pitch and it would be fantastic to hear you talk about it
Have you experimented with using NIRS (Moxy Monitor) to grab data on muscle oxygen saturation? Showing great real time data to see what is going on at the cellular level of the muscle and what may be the limitation in energy production.
Jumping on the signing wagon. I demand that you only sign with a team that trains in AZ. I live there part time specifically for baseball. I’m just saying!! Luv ya,/luv your channels!
I took myself out after 3 no hit innings and the next inning the other team scored 7 runs. Now 4 days later my shoulder felt fine until I benched and it started clicking and became inflamed
Good vid. Now, can you please sign with the White Sox and bring Chris Archer and Corey Kluber with you so we can sweep through the season next year? Thank you.
Thanks trev I usually go 60-80 pitches in a start and my arm the next feels like it’s broke. Judging by what you said my arm is tight and sore after a game.
This may sound weird but what if your arm is sore during your throw? If I don’t throw for a week and throw again it doesn’t hurt, and bands help before but after 50 something throws it feels like it’s gonna fall off.
I was dealing with a ton of arm pain at the start of my little league season but it was because my mechanics were f'ed up because i hadnt been going to my trainer in quarintine
Ok for me that’s kinda worrying, because for me it only hurts when I throw but I can lift weights, do bands, and hit without it hurting, and I’m nervous to ask my parents for an mri
SouthPaw State43 I’ve had the same worries before, telling my parents about arm pain, back pain, etc. My advice is to be honest and tell them right away, the sooner you can get it looked at through an mri, the better. The longer you wait, the worse it can get.
@@StrideX21 actually great, one day I just woke up and it didn’t hurt anymore really strange, but I picked up a MARC pro and now I really never have pain.
" Pain is Painful" Love that.. Trevor does a lesson in semantics.

Ryan Lamar 2021 that’s a good idea

Could you do a video for general nutrition for baseball players?
cheese dogs before every game
edit: it's a kent murphy reference
Keep it simple, eat real food, eat a lot of it, and get 1g protein per lb of bodyweight. Add healthy fats and vegetables as well when you can.
love your channel. keep going, great insight. greetings from Germany

Should’ve done a collaboration with one of your athletic trainers. They would be able to give even more input on what works and doesn’t
Could you talk about the basics of biomechanics?
I wanna ask one of my professors about this. Seems like a cool topic to learn!

Hey Trevor as a 14 year old is it important to follow a strict diet plan or just eat healthy foods?
Can we get a "Tips With Trev" on Driveline/weighted ball work and if it's good or bad for your arm and velocity?
What about soreness in the upper back on your pitching side after pitching?
Hey Trev, would you rather pitch to a good framer or a great blocker? And how do u get better at both
Where can I get a Cincinnati buds shirt?
Great t-shirt , where can we get one ?

What if the pain is only when you throw?
Stop throwing I had a small tear in my ucl but only hurt when I threw. I was able to play other sports and everyday activities just fine

Hi
What if we had already pitched through the pain for a year and we can’t afford to get tested

Bro. You really gotta start earning your jomboy time. This is really embarrassing for baseball.
