    Happy New Year Jimmy,
I found that to be interesting in the 7 limb and 8 limb path, the dualist and non-dualist, in that in the western thought that would imply masculine and feminine or good and evil, where as a common phrase amongst Buddhist is the transcending beyond good and evil, and therefore only implies those who have access to God and those who do not. In my research, the Gnostics of the Roman era come up often and they all proclaim to be possessed by a Spirit that most of man does not have. And insist that the experience of God can only be personal. That God must choose man. What comes to mind is a person that I grew up with, he can be identified as a militant atheist, so much so, that any evidence I provide him with of their being a Psychic Phenomenon on a Pneumatic level is rejected by him, because there is no God in him at all. Where as I have been chosen by God since Brian was 4 years old, as my current Avatar. My friend is a dualist where as I am a non-dualist.
He can become very violent and his most recent boast is how easy it is for him to prove there is no God. And we can only agree with him, that God did not choose him. There should be a poster child that comes to mind when speaking about militant atheist with democratic agendas. He is made in his image. Now the confusion stems from Evangelical Religions, which includes Buddhism. What is the point? Would you really say an attempt to brainwash someone into believing there is a God? Or how about the ability to give someone the capacity to experience God? And that is one that can’t be acquired in today’s fanboy of a church, where scholars gather to study the mystics.
I recently went through my Kundalini Ascension all the while working in a very stressful environment, one in which Yogi Sadhguru has said you can’t go through this process while still being a part of the system. It’s only been within the last 100 years that the West, with it’s greater abilities to manage turned the chakras into a very easy to understand program. I took everyone with me onto each of the 7 planes. The Red Plane was Brutal ~
