Had nothing but problems with the larger model. Purchased from chain reaction and the customer service was brilliant, but after being sent 3 replacements I’ve kind of given up with it. It leaks between the tank and motor, the hose connections constantly pop off due to pressure. If it worked, it would be great, but just poorly built. Hoping something more sturdy will be available soon.
Thinking about getting the mobi - v15 although I have got heard some reviews about it leaking etc. Not sure if I should go for the Mobi V15 or the Karcher Oc3.
Swinley Rider1997 I can’t comment about the Karcher as I’ve not used one but I’ve had no problems with the mobi in the 2yrs I’ve had mine, It’s a great bit of kit!
@@MtbTrailHub Not bad, reason I ask that is just weighing up the pros and cons of each washer, as in the Mobi has a bigger tank but the Karcher doesn't seem to last as long runs out of water quicker. But of course you could bring a top up of water. But it's small and compact which is good. Think the Mobi v15 is the one to go for. Thanks for the quick reply. :)
It's up to you of course but i'd rather save the cash and go with this one. You can't go wrong having the extra capacity and charging options. It looks like the price has gone up recently..... pretty sure i saw the V-15 for £50 during the winter....??
@@MtbTrailHub everything has gone up recently its a nightmare. The v15 is around 100 unless on sale which it seems to be at the moment for 70 and the v17 should be 150 😲😱
Funny you ask as it's literally just given up the ghost recently. I don't think they are a long term solution for regular use. You may get a year or 2 out of them. I've just bought a Titan battery powered one from screw fix which seems pretty good for the money.
@@MtbTrailHub i just got a £15 pump off ebay what puts out 130psi same as this does and it does the same job as this only thing is i take a 25ltr drum with me.
I had it for a year and maybe used it 3 times but during cleaning it stopped and did not work anymore. Seems the pump or pressure switch is not working anymore. After opening the device and slamming my hammer softly on the pump it worked again for 5 minutes. Then it stopped again so it is useless. It is a shame, cleaning it did very well but the quality is very poor.
Thats frustrating! i assume you can get a refund? I've heard a few people have issues and washers can usually be quite temperamental. Mine seems bulletproof though....
2 things, 1 I hope you are checking your bearings coz if you haven't, then they might be rusted and 2 you're supposed to put muck-off on first... Nice bike though
Excellent, starts with price and pressure, then the demo, fantastic thank you.
You’re welcome 👍
Ideal washer that.
Perhaps you could have cleaned my bike like that after you had used it in the past.
:) .dad
mark carruthers haha..... let’s not bring that up again!!! It was 6 years ago😂
Looks like a good bit of kit
Les Gets ohb Yeah it does the job nicely!

Good to hear they sent you replacements at least. I'm surprised by your comment as mine has been flawless.
@@MtbTrailHub maybe the smaller one is more reliable, or maybe quality has dropped off. It’s a shame as it’s a great idea.
Nice video. thinking about getting the mobi myself
Bushcraft in the garden Thanks again, it’s a good piece of kit👌
Looks like a good way to shower at a campsite... and wash the bike.
Jeff Loucks yes! Great idea👌, Perfect for camping weekends
Hiya, whats this like cleaning dried on mud?
Hi, yeah it will deal with it well.
Give it a spray down and some elbow grease and she should be good to go!

@@MtbTrailHub That's good to know you haven't had any problems with it, how many bikes roughly do you reckon you could get washed on the one tank?
Swinley Rider1997 depends how filthy they are but at its worst 1 and a half..... but you can always bring a few litres extra and top up

Swinley Rider1997 No troubles 👍🏼
Damn nearly got one on the chain reactions Black Friday sale but backed out last minute.
LooneyTune aaah shame, £80 is a lot of money but I don’t regret the purchase one bit
Might wait to see if it goes back on sale for the new year. Living in a flat makes cleaning a bike so tricky.
LooneyTune yeah that’s the same reason why I bought one....
It's £40 on CRC now (today)
Do you think the £99 price tag for the V17 would be better , it has the recharging battery and 17L tank chain reaction cycles has it at this price

RDAtomica I usually blast off the worst of the dirt and then put on the muc off on and seems to serve me ok 👍🏼
mine leaked
Simon Kelly maybe the gasket has perished?
Followed the link for the bigger one and its gone from £100 to £150. RIP off Britain!
Inflation gone wild! keep and eye on it though......they usually do a sale on these each winter
@@MtbTrailHub Yeah the cost of living has increased by about 40+% on everything here. Not fair I want more bikes haha!
