For the 1000th time, please do not try this at home. I understand it is your own body, and you do with it what you will - but these videos are not tutorials or advice for self treatment/care. Seek out a professional! Pulling on the hair too hard or violently can cause harm. 🤙Stay safe everyone! 🙏

The reaction at 14:55 was adorable. Am glad to see you were actually concerned about the patient, as you usually are, and that you used a proper technique to do it. In the other videos, civilians in barbershops will take the a very tiny portion off hair that they then snap violently. They actually move their hand closer to the scalp and pull back rapidly. Its like they try to get a snapping sound from the hair itself instead of getting a pop form the scalp. The sound that comes out is like when you pull a string apart, it was really uncomfortable to watch.

That ear pop from 12:39 - 12:42 ... I KNOW that had to have felt AMAZING to her. My scalp/ears/neck/R shoulder all hurt like hers.
I always have to tell massage therapist and physical therapist they can absolutely be "more rough".
I'll never forget the time I had an angel of a massage therapist who would spend extra time working on me if you didn't have someone immediately after. She always did it out of the kindness of her heart and wanting to take my back pain away. Well one day I had this huge knot under my R shoulder blade. And she worked on the area for about 20 mins. (I would always book 90min & 120min sessions with this lady) then she dug in with her thumb and it almost sounded like glass breaking. That knot under my shoulder blade *shattered*. I even remember making a noise and her going "oh my goodness. Are you okay? Do we need to take a break from there now" and I told her "oh no. Please keep going. My shoulder has never felt so relaxed in my life as it does right now" after that I was able to move my neck a certain way and the lower C vertebrae would just align and pop instantly. No force needed.
This chiropractor really reminds me of that old massage therapist. You can tell she is in this to give people hope from a life of pain. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

If it’s not completely gone by the end of the Hair Pull, it’s gone by the end of the massage. Finally scalp cracking!!! Love watching the Indian barbers do it, so glad you introduced it in one of your videos. You should try it on more clients

When I was just 8 or 9, my grandma used to crack my scalp everytime I had headache. It worked for hair on foreheads better than back of my head. And it was not always worked for all headaches though.

So, according to a popular medical doctor on UA-cam (and one of the best plastic surgeons), this is called scalp popping and it’s actually pretty bad to do. It can cause bleeding and might create a huge bump on your head.

It’s fine if chiropractors do it because they actually know how

I wish I could have you work on my back. I’m on my feet almost all day at work in the veterinary field and at home with my 4 year old. I’ve always had horrible back pain. It’s gotten so worse now that I can’t even sleep on my left for 10 minutes without crying in pain. The whole left side of my body constantly hurts and feels numb. My neck hurts all the time no matter what I try to do or take for it. It’s hard to live with but I’m trying even though I know I shouldn’t be living in constant pain and agony

During the video, when you gave her the back massage, I thought, it was about time for this woman to go to you. And at the end, when she explained that she was coming for the hips, I remembered at my problems with my left hip, bc sometimes I feel that my hip is rusty, more immobile than the right side. And this type of treatment with the hair was completely new for me. But I think it only works on long haired people.
Great Video Doc and greetings from Germany.
On monday I know what I have to do :) Looking for a Chiropraktor in my area. ;-)

I knew a girl in high school that got rid of headaches with hair cracking! I'll never forget how we were sitting next to each other and she said she had a headache and started taking section of hair one by one and pulling. After a few sections POP! there it went and she said the headache was gone. It was insanely loud!!
