Ainscough Crane Hire from refurbishment to selling at auction with Ritchie Bros

In the first mini-series of interviews focusing on Ainscough, Peter Haddock talks to Graham Weights, Head of Engineering at its Stockton on Tees specialist crane refurbishment centre.
At the facility, Peter sees cranes being refurbished for sale at the Ritchie Bros. UK auction on 29th March and other machines being maintained for its active fleet.
Graham talks through the process whilst also explaining why Ainscough Cranes opts to refurbish units even when they are going to be sold at Auction.
Graham: “When someone buys an Ainscough Crane, we want them to be able to use it immediately, knowing it has gone through a full detailed refurbishment process.
"We see this as an important part of our asset lifecycle as we get the best residual values by looking after our cranes and working with the team at Ritchie Bros to sell them.”
