How to Sew a Long CIRCLE BLOUSE- DIY CIRCLE TOP with COLD SHOULDER

Hi guys I hope you like my new DIY circle top/Blouse
This is the way I measured: I measured 3" BY 3" from the top corner then I measured 3" for the shoulder. 6" by 3" for the arm holes. This is for size Large. Please this is not a standard or anything this is just numbers that I came up with based on my observations so please take them with a grain of salt and be willing to make adjustments where you can.
