Omg... My whole body is aching, Guess Why?
Today I was trying to change my Basin Tap. Then stuck with the big plastic faucet which holds the Tap with the basin.
I was going under, then by the side, by the angle trying to fit different wrench & plus I have at home. Finally I did managed to get it out, 2 hour struggle.
Then I look in UA-cam and knew about Undesink or Basin Wrench. Then look in eBay and saw this red plastic wrench. Planning to order one tonight, so watching how it works.
Your video explain it all.
The level is situated for horizontal use. Removing 99.99% of faucet nut are positioned vertically.
Got one and it works great.

It is an extractor tool for removing stripped set screws for inside of handles and cartridges and that sort of thing
I got mine for $8 plus $5 delivery from wish. My question is what in earth is that piece inside handle looks as nut remover or other usage. Can you clarified for me ? Grazie

I think it may be for removing seal from pipe
The biggest problem is trying to get your big butt under the sink, so you can get the tool on the fitting
