Lotus Elan M100 Startup sound + Low revs (Piper exhaust)

Not fully sure of the extent of the modifications done by previous owners of this example, minimally speaking has the 2.5" Piper exhaust, if not the Sport cat as well & likely Kilimanjaro chip. The first listing of this car in 2012 described an extra Everest chip but the second listing in 2020 specifically omitted that so not able to confirm. Any silencers I've yet to be able to confirm but it is as loud or louder idling than some Honda Type R's here.
Tested October 2023, didn't rev high as to not disturb neighborhood.
