Stellaris - Arrival at Porrima Prime

This is a parody of the Arrival at Pandora scene from Avatar, and might be one of the most difficult things I've worked on in years. What you're looking at is over 17 hours of work, from someone that had never used Blender or any 3D program when I started working on it.
This, combined with a slew of technical issues, almost caused me to give up. But then Henrik Svilling (Henke from my Heroes of the Storm videos) came through to help me. He provided the push I needed and thanks to him I got this video done.
I am very thankful for him and very proud with the result. Yes, it might be crude but prior to this I had never even thought about working with 3D objects. I've learnt so much and this might be the start of me making more of these. Thanks for watching!
