thanks for the update. this content was intended for non casuals who enjoy lengthy and challenging grinds. it wont be for everyone. the glyph is essentially infinitely scaling since nobody is rly expected to get 200, thats 4000 percent dmg increase... this season has target farmable uber uniques, capped armor with 60k+ atk power builds, broken shit like tibaulds etc. nobody needs 4,000% dmg increase lmao. its powerful enough at low levels so just use it att lvl 1 or until ur tired of AoZ. clearly you are, no problem. doesn't make it bad content lol.

Great guide! This convinced me to try out your build. I like it so far. Survivability feels very good. However, for some reason, I can't seem to get even close to your damage numbers. The highest dot I can generate on the training dummy is ~7 mil (compared to your 18 mil). The rota is simply: poison trap - shadow step - poison imbuement - 3 x puncture - rf - evade, correct?
Could you explain what scales poison? I’m thinking about a making a trap rogue (most likely next season). But if I remember correctly poison scales with core damage? Is it possible to get high damage from traps ?
I don’t understand how you survive lvl12 with such low base armor (before disobedience), I was trying multiple builds and multiple variations to test survivability. I would constantly get one tapped by random things as both ranged or melee builds with less than 14k base armor and several items replaced for only damage reduction (neck/helm/chest/pants all with armor % and DR).
With max disobedience I am capped on armor, but I also have a lot of DR and max life (shako + Doom helps a lot too), as well as having massive amounts of DR from my 5 dark shrouds that I keep up consistently. I have 12 points into dark shroud with my ammy and shako, which gives me like 64% DR just from dark shroud if I remember correctly.
@@Xarrio Thanks for the feedback mate. Maybe the combination of shako plus dark shroud is just very strong and the ranks to subterfuge on the amy. I was getting 1 tapped with 5 active dark shrouds, 14500k++ armor after disobedience, doombringer, 4/4 DR chest, 20k life, it was very frustrating. Also hidden dungeon affixes I think were maybe part. It felt very unbalanced getting 1 tapped on lvl 1 or lvl 3 with this set up... Have multiple back recordings too, maybe spaghetti code in play who knows. Feel like this whole Abattoir in general needs better balancing.
@@Ali-dl4tn No Solution, changed to twisting blades with even greater defences, still getting 1 tapped by mostly ranged random mobs, its not consistent. On my twisting blades setup I have 13800k armour BEFORE disobedience or armor elixir and 28k health, still getting 1 tapped. Very frustrating. I am literally running 4/4 DR on neck, chest, pants and almost anything I can find on paragon while still having enough damage to finish lvl 8, however still 1 shots persist. No I am not just standing in on death explosions either.
Hi, thanks a lot for the build! I just started AoZ. I did several runs Tier 1, tried Tier 2 and failed at the Blood Seekers twice so far. I only have a Tibaults that gives up to 16 combo points. Otherwise I have just condemnation. Helm / Amu / Armor is heavily defensive and I have 11.8k Armor. (Started Season 2 while it was online for 1 month already). What I recognized is, Poison Trap just doesn't feel that good with this build. I switched Board 6 to Exploit Weakness with Exploit Glyph (URL-Path for a modification of Xarrios: [ /diablo-4/profile/634d0fe0-e943-496a-85b5-a19f90c917a7/builds/ad11714e-2748-40fe-af2b-949ad2e78026?tab=paragon-board ]) - it is just the board on the top left that I changed. Then I went back to Flurry instead of Poison Trap again - I like it much more, you can play more safe, as you can easily control the Close Quarters Combat buff, and it is front loaded. With Shadow Step I constantly jump inside, then evade back, to not get killed by a random tap in the soup. Then, whenever I need emergency escape, shadow step is in CD. Also Poison Trap is kind of a slow skill I think - in comparison to the whole playstyle otherwise. So yeah - to have poison trap may be better in terms of numbers - but I feel Exploit / Flurry to be better in terms of playing it. Maybe I just got way to used to the Flurry style as well :D. Anyway - maybe others, that also don't like poison trap that much too, can use this for their benefit. Gives the full Exploit Glyph Bonus and quite some additional Vuln from Magic and Rare Node. I agree, I actually didn't use poison trap until T11/12. For lower tiers when stuff is dying faster, using flurry for the stuns or even concealment just for an extra unstoppable works well. For higher tiers when you have to stand next to a bunch of mobs for awhile and you take them down, poison trap starts to get more value.

I'm at lvl 11 and already bored. The reward from Zir sucks and the exp grind for the new glyph is long and tedious. I think I'm done too.

Why are you purchasing 5 shrouds + 2 bonus shroud and not using it?

I basically did the same thing, but im not using frostburn, and i swapped poison imb. And poison trap for shadow clone and shadow step.
