Actually it's right. A minion will do its turn after the turn of another minion. Once the player play Jaraxxus, it's the Jaraxxus turn, Jaraxxus does what he need to do THAN pass the turn to another action [in this case, the secret]. Once Jaraxxus end his turn he isn't a Minion anymore, because of that he can't be transformed, makes all the sense. That's why you die if you play Unlicensed Apothecary before play the Heal, because the Unlicensed Apothecary plays first, do what its need to do in his turn THEN pass turn to the heal minion. Apothecary does the damage and end his turn, YOU DIE, than the turn of the heal will start, but you are already dead, and that's because you lose. As the same as DeathRattle minions, they activate the DeathRattle in order of play, the first one will do the DeathR, the second one will do AFTER the first one finish his DR, got it?
Not true, battlecries do not happen before summoning happens. Look at unlicensed apothecary and reno clip. If minion is not on the board how can it use battlecry? Why does Yogg kill itself if it's not on board? It's just blizzard spaghetti coding.
Who Cares for rule of thumb, battlecries happen before summoning/playing, like faceless summoner, yogg can kill himself because he has a hardcoded battlecry, and the reason reno doesn't heal you is because active affects happen before battlecries + summons and if you hit 0 you lose no matter what. but alot of bugs and shit are caused by spaghetti coding, won't deny that
it's been done with Mistcaller buffs before to 4/16, he reverts to 15 health and the same weapon. It shouldn't be any different with other buffs unless they changed code around him, which I doubt since they couldn't even get packs done properly.

My favorite interaction so far is with Daring Reporter, If a Warlock kills it with mortal coil, it counts as killed by it and they will draw a card, but it will get +1 +1 and live

Discover will only pull from your current class, so netherspite historian won't work. The cabal discover and thoughtsteal effects are the only way for Priest to get Coldarra Drake

Another strange/hilarious interaction is, if you play mortal coil to kill a daring reporter you will draw a card as if it killed it, but the reporter gets her +1/+1 non the less and survives! I guess this means mortal coil draws you a card if it lowers the health of a minion under 1, not if it really kills it. Also: violet illusionist safes you from unlicensed apothecarys damage you would get by playing her
Would only happen under very stringent and low-odds circumstances. Priest would need to be fighting a Mage running the Drake (which is rare in and of itself) and steal/convert/entomb it for best odds. Other ways would be thoughtstealing an Unstable Portal (Wild only) or Moonglade Portal and getting it, but those are even less likely. It is OP... but any time it actually happened would find its way onto Trolden's channel in no time.
Dreadedscoper 2 nagas vs 1 aviana? easier to pull off a 5 mana 5/5 is not a dead card if your hand is low a 9 mana 5/5 kinda is even when playing for the combo i doubt you'll have more then 5 cards in your hand (naga/aviana 10 mana 7/7 2 legendaries you want to summon and a random spell (example)). so that remaining 8 mana is pretty much useless to you, the only advantage aviana has is that she lets you hero power after summoning 2 cards, and you can dump the rest if you have any extra witch i still doubt
The "After" on the last secret I think is very intentional so that minions that self-buff or get buffed on being summoned can still properly be 'sheeped'
The last interaction DOESN"T MAKE SENSE!!! doesn't Jaraxxus copy when you play it into Mirror Entity which is a secret and basically has the same wording... it is saying in this interaction that he never becomes a minion and goes straight to HERO....what?!?!

I actually found a weird interaction today, not sure if its a glitch or its because it shuffles it into the opponent's deck and makes it think it is their minion that died, but if you kill your own Weasel Tunneler on your turn when you are facing a mage that has duplicate up it will consider the weasel as dying as an opponent's minion and give the mage 2 Weasel Tunnelers.
Hey toast I played finja the flying star as murloc pally and ram it into a 4/2 minon but it pulled out a murloc warleader and it survived even after taking damage is it a bug or not?
It's not an inconsistency with the card text though. If it wouldn't trigger upon death of Finja, it would read "Whenever this attacks and kills a minion and survives". But there's nothing about surviving on the card, so there is no inconsistency nor bug at all.

Yes, many streamers called out Blizzard on their inconsistency. I believe that if a healing is happening / pending, you should not die. E.g.: Death = If at the end of this sequence, 1 > your health.
That's because the "Whenever" key text is present in both Truesilver and explosive trap. They both occur within the same phase regardless of animation order. In the case of Reno Jackson and the 5-5 imp, the Reno's effect happens after the "Whenever" text and are not in the same phase. Therefore and thusly you die. In the case of sacrificial pact and the 1 health secret working on Jaraxxus, I'm pretty sure that's just an inconsistency that blizzard thought was too funny to leave in the game.
With the new priest legendary and double shadow form, you can use the two mana minion that lets you hero power twice, Prophet Velen, and mindblast for 22 dmg and one Emperor hit on at least two cards. Priest's OP combo.
Combo decks often pull their entire deck before pulling off the combo. It is entirely possible to draw the one card if it's your only duplicate, especially since both are needed for the combo in the first place, which means you will specifically dig for those cards.
King of Sheep has 1 Health. Passive Hero Power: You are immune until you have no Minions. When the King of Sheep Hero comes into play, destroy your board and replace it with 7 1/1 Sheeps.

Blizz missed a trick with the sheep. A good balance compromise would have been to make sheep a thing, a little weaker than jaraxxus, but not totally stupid. Give it the same 15 health, and the give it a hero power that summons 3 1/1s instead of a 6/6. Maybe give it a weaker weapon. It would have been amazing :P
For the jaraxxus one its because the secret said AFTER and battle cries always tigger before "after". So jaraxxus doen't count as a minion when polymorph is supposed to trigger. lol. Im disappointed too.
They need to fix the "Potion of Polymorph" + Jaraxxus interaction. Perhaps start summoning him, then have the secret pop, and he screams, "NO! WAIT! STOP! *POOF* BAAAAAAH"
We already knew about fight promoter, and I'm not sure why buffing C'Thun would be in doubt...just because it doesn't have the boldface taunt on the card? That Jaraxxus case is definitely worth knowing, though.
I think than Goya doesnt put the minion back in your deck, but create a copy of it instead. I was playing tavern brawl today and i used Goya on one of my base totem. Goya casted shadow word horror, killing my totem. The animation of the totem going back into the deck didnt show up but a minion still got pull out. On the history on the left, the totem was showed killed, but a few turns later i did draw it.
Apothecary and Krul have a really weird interaction. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but every demon summoned along with apoc. will damage you for 5 each. Learned this the hard way on ladder XD
if you coin blastcrystal potion does it destroy the temporary crystal or a real one? Coin: gain 1 mana crystal, this turn only potion: destroy a minion and 1 mana crystal tested, it breaks a crystal 2 from the right (number 3).. it goes out of its way to make sure you don't get any coin value :P
I hope Blizzard changes the interaction between Potion of Polymorph and Jaraxxus so that it changes him into a Sheep but then your hero becomes a Sheep with 1 HP and a hero power like "summon a 1/1 Sheep". That would be awesome!

First it doesn't say that in the description. Second repentance and sacred trial are worded exactly the same and also work
So apparently you can discover Lotus Agents off of Lotus Agents. I think it would work for the other triad discover class cards as well.

I actually found a weird interaction today, not sure if its a glitch or its because it shuffles it into the opponent's deck and makes it think it is their minion that died, but if you kill your own Weasel Tunneler on your turn when you are facing a mage that has duplicate up it will consider the weasel as dying as an opponent's minion and give the mage 2 Weasel Tunnelers.
Hey toast I played finja the flying star as murloc pally and ram it into a 4/2 minon but it pulled out a murloc warleader and it survived even after taking damage is it a bug or not?
not a bug, I think. the effect triggers before the minion actually dies, probably an inconsistency with the card text, but that's probably fine.

It's not an inconsistency with the card text though. If it wouldn't trigger upon death of Finja, it would read "Whenever this attacks and kills a minion and survives". But there's nothing about surviving on the card, so there is no inconsistency nor bug at all.

Yes, many streamers called out Blizzard on their inconsistency. I believe that if a healing is happening / pending, you should not die. E.g.: Death = If at the end of this sequence, 1 > your health.

truesilver prevents death because it and explosive trap happen in the same phase.
That's because the "Whenever" key text is present in both Truesilver and explosive trap. They both occur within the same phase regardless of animation order. In the case of Reno Jackson and the 5-5 imp, the Reno's effect happens after the "Whenever" text and are not in the same phase. Therefore and thusly you die. In the case of sacrificial pact and the 1 health secret working on Jaraxxus, I'm pretty sure that's just an inconsistency that blizzard thought was too funny to leave in the game.
Blizzard needs to fix this now. I demand that the opponent hero turns into a sheep if the polymorph secret triggers when Jaraxus is played!

With the new priest legendary and double shadow form, you can use the two mana minion that lets you hero power twice, Prophet Velen, and mindblast for 22 dmg and one Emperor hit on at least two cards. Priest's OP combo.
could also use double mindblast for 32 if you discount two cards, considering you're already in shadowform
How do you double shadow form if Raza needs you to not have any double card in your deck in the first place?

Combo decks often pull their entire deck before pulling off the combo. It is entirely possible to draw the one card if it's your only duplicate, especially since both are needed for the combo in the first place, which means you will specifically dig for those cards.

Blizz missed a trick with the sheep. A good balance compromise would have been to make sheep a thing, a little weaker than jaraxxus, but not totally stupid. Give it the same 15 health, and the give it a hero power that summons 3 1/1s instead of a 6/6. Maybe give it a weaker weapon. It would have been amazing :P
For the jaraxxus one its because the secret said AFTER and battle cries always tigger before "after".
So jaraxxus doen't count as a minion when polymorph is supposed to trigger. lol. Im disappointed too.
They need to fix the "Potion of Polymorph" + Jaraxxus interaction. Perhaps start summoning him, then have the secret pop, and he screams, "NO! WAIT! STOP! *POOF* BAAAAAAH"

We already knew about fight promoter, and I'm not sure why buffing C'Thun would be in doubt...just because it doesn't have the boldface taunt on the card? That Jaraxxus case is definitely worth knowing, though.
Well the secret clearly states after (=after battlecry triggers) but since you can sacrificial pact him, you should be able to polymporph him...
I think than Goya doesnt put the minion back in your deck, but create a copy of it instead. I was playing tavern brawl today and i used Goya on one of my base totem. Goya casted shadow word horror, killing my totem. The animation of the totem going back into the deck didnt show up but a minion still got pull out. On the history on the left, the totem was showed killed, but a few turns later i did draw it.
that's right that polymorph secret don't work on Jarraxus, because of battlcry and "after you summon a minion"
Apothecary and Krul have a really weird interaction. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but every demon summoned along with apoc. will damage you for 5 each. Learned this the hard way on ladder XD
By "interactions," I thought you meant like different audio responses for certain legendaries for certain heroes, not just trivia.
Try shadowstepping one of the Doppelgangster copies, the cards say they have a battlecry, so they should copy again.

Does Goya work with Brann when used on Brann?
If you have Brann, Noggenfogger and you use Goya it will shuffle a second randomly selected friendly minion into your deck
if you coin blastcrystal potion does it destroy the temporary crystal or a real one?

potion: destroy a minion and 1 mana crystal
tested, it breaks a crystal 2 from the right (number 3).. it goes out of its way to make sure you don't get any coin value :P
I'm now patiently waiting for Toast to make a Raza the Unchained + Coldarra Drake + Majordomo -> Hero Ragnaros -> Infinite Die Insects.

I hope Blizzard changes the interaction between Potion of Polymorph and Jaraxxus so that it changes him into a Sheep but then your hero becomes a Sheep with 1 HP and a hero power like "summon a 1/1 Sheep". That would be awesome!
on the Raza it also works for the shadow form levels
The Jaraxxus one is really stupid since Sacred Trial works, and it is also a play minion effect.
so you could spam ragnoros hero power when dropping that dragon, and since its a dragon(i think) it could fit in a control/dragon! NEW META(well for wild mostly in future)
Raza is a priest legendary, Coldarra drake is a mage card. You'd have to thoughtsteal it.
