Pastor Dinzey, you said the exact sentiment I shared in my Sabbath School class last Sabbath, even the example of television. The fact is, the things that used to once be unacceptable, abhorrent even, are now acceptable, commonplace. The programming of the devil in this age has invaded our psyche in a subtle way over the years but now it’s not even subtle anymore. Sim is so blatant and people see no problem with it. Thank you Pastor Daniel. Your segment really helped me teach/lead out in our daily SS Lesson Class each evening. It reminded me of the series’Media on the Mind’ by Scott Risma (sp). We had a fabulous study! Just on Monday! An hour and a half of discussions identifying/realising how subliminally satan is convincing us that immortality is conceivable. 2 Timothy 2:15.
Also, I took the opportunity to ask 4 people about their thoughts/their church teachings on life after death. It was enlightening in many ways, 1 of which was their ability to articulate what they believe and why. It led to a great conversation to discuss Bible truth. But only if we know where to go to in the Bible!! I don’t always know that, but this lesson (Monday’s) is a good place to start. We made a plan to learn the relevant texts to support our statements.
I wish they would have a more engaged discussion approach than a presentation one. It would be a good way to model discussing the Sabbath School at church and in our homes. The content is great though and I appreciate 3ABN's ministry.

Every person had to be circumcised of the flesh prior to observing the weekly Sabbath. Not one person is ever said to keep a Sabbath until Exodus 12, and even then, *It's an annual Sabbath day* not a weekly Sabbath. Genesis 2 doesn't say anything about *anyone keeping the Sabbath* . God didn't keep the Sabbath either, because Christ said, that both HE and his FATHER *work* every Sabbath day (John 5:16-19) . The weekly Sabbath doesn't show up anywhere until Exodus 16 and even then, the Israelites have no idea what day it is. Moreover, the first time anyone ever keeps a Sabbath in scripture, *it is NOT the weekly Sabbath but an Annual Sabbath. And, 2 Annual Sabbaths are kept *before anyone in scripture keeps a weekly Sabbath day, * in Exodus 12* called the 'First day of Unleavened Bread" ! No one was destroyed for Sabbath breaking. The Sabbath was not instituted until Exodus 16 and the Israelite's, were commanded to be circumcised of the flesh and kept 2 annual holy days prior to anyone keeping a Sabbath in the bible. God *didn't bless or sanctify Adam and Eve* in Gen. 2. *But, on Sunday the his resurrection, God in the resurrected flesh in person blessed ALL his disciples and sanctified them with his own hands* The Adventist's are ever ecstatic over God blessing a day, while shunning the enormity of God in own Son, standing before the disciples and blessing with his own hands the disciples on Sunday and sanctifying THEM as his own! *Just to be clear, Jesus, the apostles nor the prophets taught Christians or Gentile nations to keep the Sabbath!!* For all this bluster and bovarism by the Adventists about Sabbath keeping, THEY DON’T keep the Sabbath either. They just SAY they do! #20. From the 28 Fundamentals “The Sabbath The gracious Creator, after the six days of Creation, rested on the seventh day and instituted the Sabbath *for ALL people as a memorial of Creation.* Moreover, the very FACT the Adventists use Gen. 2 to say that there were *No Jews* and Adam and Eve (the Mother of all nations) were *Required to keep the Sabbath* as their proof *All mankind* are obligated to be Sabbath keepers regardless of of race or nationality! The using Mark 2:27 to teach *all mankind* is obligated to keep the Sabbath is further proof of their ignorance of scripture.
@@agtucker8 To be fair, having a cognitive knowledge of these truths will not save you but it is an experiential knowledge of Christ and His character. So many Adventists have been duped into setting forth standalone doctrines using a proof-texting method in order for when accepting said doctrines they can be accepted into the ‘remnant’ church. We ought to really ask ourselves what does these doctrines tell us about who our Lord characterologically but instead we only use them as a means of acceptance into the remnant ‘club’ so-to-speak. Christ wants us to know him not cognitively but experientially in understanding. Adopting His methods, His design laws, His motives, and ultimately Himself through His character.
Just looking at the disturbing events unfolding with increasing regularity on the news should be enough for all of us to carefully examine our spiritual commitments, and be uncompromising to follow God’s Word instead of mixing the Word with earthly traditions. Amen, may Jesus return soon!

Sis. White's prediction of the connection between the teaching of the immortality of the soul and spiritualism is very obvious today. Spiritualism is no longer in the closet. In many ways and by many names, spiritualism is now mainstream. Listen to Pastor Daniel Parrin's presentation again to review it. Wicken, witchcraft, the New Age Movement, the Charismatic Movement, the Masonic and Eastern Star organisations, Eastern religious teachings, Yoga, Tai Chi, Eastern Meditation, hypnotism, sororities of all types, etc. These are just some areas of spiritualism that have become almost if not mainstream. We are not to be deceived by any aspect of these. Only diligent Bible study and consistent, fervent prayer for spiritual discernment will keep us safe from Satan's deceptios.

FYI there is no eternal punishment for the unrighteous but eternal death. There will be eternal punishment for Satan the Beast and the False Prophet in the Lake of Fire.
Where are your scriptural evidence? God talks about recreating the heavens and earth, after the eternal destruction of sin. How will he recreate if Satan and his angels are burning without end? Yes, they will be beaten with many stripes, and will be the last to burn to ashes, but that punishment will eventually come to an end.

In fact, at Christ's Second Return, everything will be destroyed. Between the pouring out of God's vials and Christ's Return, the earth will be totally out of shape. Having said that, would you want to continue to live in a polluted environment, with all the toxins in the air? After sin, God cursed the earth several times, would you want to continue to live on a sin-cursed planet? Reflect on these questions and delve more into the study of end-time prophecies, especially the Books and Daniel and Revelation. Paul and Peter in their Books also describe the earth made new. The Bible also describes in Isaiah that the old garments of the earth will be destroyed. Newness for God means a complete tranformation of the old -- regeneration and re-creation. • *Genesis 2 demonstrates that the 7th day is not a day of the week, because, it has no morning and evening to it.*
• It does not say that humans rested or were told to rest.
• It does not say that humans were told to follow God’s example.
• It does not say that God taught Adam and Eve on the Sabbath.
• It does not say God created the Sabbath, or that humans kept it.
On the seventh day of creation, God “rested.” But he was not tired; what it means is that he stopped creating. The creation was complete. He stopped creating when he came to the seventh day. But he didn’t stop every week - he stopped only once, and he did not create at all on the seventh day.
Jesus taught that not He and his Father Work on the Sabbath, not REST.
God didn’t create on the eighth day, either, or the ninth, or the tenth, etc. Perhaps this is why Genesis does not say that evening and morning were the seventh day - God’s non-creation continued from that day on. To God, all those days were like the seventh. He was resting on those days, too, until sin entered. (Jesus said that God is now working - John 5:17. He is redeeming the world, re-creating his people. This work became necessary when Adam and Eve sinned.) What is interesting is that Christ lays the responsibility of the murder of Abel squarely at the feet of the Sabbath keepers in Mt. 23. And, Christ doesn't stop there, he blames the death of every single righteous person in the entire old Testament on the wicked Sabbath keepers.
Let's be honest. Every person had to be circumcised of the flesh prior to observing the weekly Sabbath. Not one person is ever said to keep a Sabbath until Exodus 12, and even then, *It's an annual Sabbath day* not a weekly Sabbath. Genesis 2 doesn't say anything about *anyone keeping the Sabbath* . God didn't keep the Sabbath either, because Christ said, that both HE and his FATHER *work* every Sabbath day (John 5:16-19) . The weekly Sabbath doesn't show up anywhere until Exodus 16 and even then, the Israelites have no idea what day it is.
Moreover, the first time anyone ever keeps a Sabbath in scripture, *it is NOT the weekly Sabbath but an Annual Sabbath. And, 2 Annual Sabbaths are kept *before anyone in scripture keeps a weekly Sabbath day, * in Exodus 12* called the 'First day of Unleavened Bread" !
No one was destroyed for Sabbath breaking. The Sabbath was not instituted until Exodus 16 and the Israelite's, were commanded to be circumcised of the flesh and kept 2 annual holy days prior to anyone keeping a Sabbath in the bible.
God *didn't bless or sanctify Adam and Eve* in Gen. 2. *But, on Sunday the his resurrection, God in the resurrected flesh in person blessed ALL his disciples and sanctified them with his own hands* The Adventist's are ever ecstatic over God blessing a day, while shunning the enormity of God in own Son, standing before the disciples and blessing with his own hands the disciples on Sunday and sanctifying THEM as his own!
*Just to be clear, Jesus, the apostles nor the prophets taught Christians or Gentile nations to keep the Sabbath!!*
For all this bluster and bovarism by the Adventists about Sabbath keeping, THEY DON’T keep the Sabbath either. They just SAY they do!

Moreover, the very FACT the Adventists use Gen. 2 to say that there were *No Jews* and Adam and Eve (the Mother of all nations) were *Required to keep the Sabbath* as their proof *All mankind* are obligated to be Sabbath keepers regardless of of race or nationality!
The using Mark 2:27 to teach *all mankind* is obligated to keep the Sabbath is further proof of their ignorance of scripture.

So many Adventists have been duped into setting forth standalone doctrines using a proof-texting method in order for when accepting said doctrines they can be accepted into the ‘remnant’ church. We ought to really ask ourselves what does these doctrines tell us about who our Lord characterologically but instead we only use them as a means of acceptance into the remnant ‘club’ so-to-speak.
Christ wants us to know him not cognitively but experientially in understanding.
Adopting His methods, His design laws, His motives, and ultimately Himself through His character.
Just looking at the disturbing events unfolding with increasing regularity on the news should be enough for all of us to carefully examine our spiritual commitments, and be uncompromising to follow God’s Word instead of mixing the Word with earthly traditions. Amen, may Jesus return soon!

The “spirit” refers to the life-force that is active in all living creatures, both humans and animals. At death, his spirit ceases to animate the body cells. It doesn’t leave the body and move on to another realm.

Sis. White's prediction of the connection between the teaching of the immortality of the soul and spiritualism is very obvious today. Spiritualism is no longer in the closet. In many ways and by many names, spiritualism is now mainstream. Listen to Pastor Daniel Parrin's presentation again to review it. Wicken, witchcraft, the New Age Movement, the Charismatic Movement, the Masonic and Eastern Star organisations, Eastern religious teachings, Yoga, Tai Chi, Eastern Meditation, hypnotism, sororities of all types, etc. These are just some areas of spiritualism that have become almost if not mainstream. We are not to be deceived by any aspect of these. Only diligent Bible study and consistent, fervent prayer for spiritual discernment will keep us safe from Satan's deceptios.
So happy many were blessed but I feel different. I dont like the idea of a monologue between each lesson; I cant learn that way. Why isnt the lesson like a table talk with a dialogue from each panel. There are other scriptures quoted but i dont see them listed in the lesson. Theres a read and questions ask and i feel like its being run through. (Sigh😔).

Having said that, would you want to continue to live in a polluted environment, with all the toxins in the air? After sin, God cursed the earth several times, would you want to continue to live on a sin-cursed planet? Reflect on these questions and delve more into the study of end-time prophecies, especially the Books and Daniel and Revelation. Paul and Peter in their Books also describe the earth made new. The Bible also describes in Isaiah that the old garments of the earth will be destroyed. Newness for God means a complete tranformation of the old -- regeneration and re-creation.
