Why can't I find a accessories power for the stereo only full time and power to the antenna.?

Hey ! I have the stock radio on my sprinter 2012. How do I connect it to the radio unit? I want the USB and Aux mounted in the dash as u shown in the video.

Does it work on any car radio or do you need a car radio with a aux feature?

Hey DIY Sprinter ... quick question if I buy the USB/aux cord will the USB and aux fit into my 2012 Mercedes Benz 316 ... radio 20 .. it's Bluetooth but not music streaming

brown boiis I had the radio 20 also. It is not as easy as plug n play. Thats why i ended up switching the head unit. Plus the better sound and options made it worth switching out. If you still want to keep the stock radio, i believe they make a aux in adapter. As far as the usb you might need to find one that you can hot wire to battery. Try crutchfield.com for adapter.
