    This is a great explanation of foundational principles for managing one's emotions. I find these principles helpful as I strive to improve my emotional intimacy with my wife.

      How about if a person is neurodiverse and has difficulty with their own self-awareness and perspective-taking? Where does one then start to help build emotional intelligence and communication skills?

    Love your videos! But I think the channel would really benefit from modifications in your audio setup. I find that random words sound clipped or like it’s cutting in and out and takes away from quality of the content. I appreciate your videos, please keep making them!

    This is a great explanation but the cubes in the glass...that was a wow visual, IT sticked to my brain😂

      They do! you want to have thoughts about your feelings and feelings about your thoughts - it's separating them that's key.
