At 11:40 theres a game called the earth dies screaming priced at $24.99. Idk if the one you have is cib or not but one sold recently for $200 on ebay cib
I have been watching this channel for several days now I recently broke my elbow skateboarding and I may say Im a huge fan of Phoenix resale lately ive been stuck at home watching all his episodes and they all are so entertaining! This has to be my favorite channel especially when he visits the shops around California he should definitely visit frank and sons in Hacienda Hieghts he would definitely find some Gems there!
I have this amazing thrift store by my house which always has great video game stuff for really cheap. I once found a Wii U there for $50, they'll always have Wii's for $10 a piece, my friend found a Wii U there too but bundled with like 15 AAA games (BotW, Wind Waker HD, Mario U and more) He also found a clear original Gameboy bundled with games like Links Awakening, Mario Land, DK land, and more for $10.00. Someone donated a bag of like 20 GBC's once! most of them didn't work, but they were only $3 a piece and my friend found a Pokemon special edition GBC which he keeps in his collection. I also shop my local pawn shops pretty often. They had a Galaxy 3DS for $117, 2 copies of Wii Sports for $0.93, and lots of other stuff. My local Goodwill's I hardly ever find anything though.
I don't play that many different games just yugioh on the switch but your videos are very catchy and enjoyable to watch now I wait every week the gamecube hunting 😂👍
For searching and buying video games I go to Pawn Shops, Thrift Stores, Local Video Game Shops, Yard Sales and sometimes online, but online is rare buying for me. I also go to local swap meets and conventions. These are how I go Game Buying! I am mainly collecting for Original Nintendo, but only the Sport Games, Gameshow Games, Puzzle Games and Boardgame Games! I am also collecting GAMEBOY ORIGINAL and GAMEBOY COLOR Games. Evercade is another system I am collecting for too. I try to find other games I can trade or sell, so I can look for games I am after.
I hunt at yard sales, garage sales, flea markets, pawn shops and I place "IN SEARCH OF" ads on fb in my local swap and shop groups. Rule of 3, if it's not priced cheap where i can make 3x as much as I pay then I pass MOST of the time. Piddly ass little profits of $10 here and there, etc, just doesn't cut it for me. The only time I buy from a game store is if it's a new title I just ABSOLUTELY wanna play or if they have been caught slipping on their price where I can make good money.
I live in a big city where all we mostly have is GameStop so there & eBay are where I get most of my games. There’s a couple mom & pop stores but 1 is a bit overpriced since they go by eBay/Amazon prices, the other is like a hole in the wall that barely has anything worth while. The few pawn shops don’t really have much either.
I moved recently and now have to pretty much resort to buying all my games online now. The small town I'm in has no game stores, thrift stores, and no pawn shops. Closest place to go is almost 2 hours away. I'm hoping to have yard sale luck when it warms through!
It has been half and half for games that I find. Some in stores or thrift finds and the rest online. That is mostly for my collection though. For my flips, it's mostly in store with gamestop finds online.
I literally check that castle location every day, where my apt is literally right there it just works out, they hardly ever have anything though. Love the game exchange here in town, and where you like Pokémon cards you should check out card trooper games in the Richmond center.
I usually just pirate games and play on emulators. I'm a huge pokemon fan and owned pretty much all Gameboy through to Ds Pokemon titles, but when the Xbox One released, being a young kid who just had the console, i traded it all in for a whopping 99 dollars. Loved a bunch of DS Mario Games, played a bunch of Gamecube and N64 titles as well. Here in australia though, we really don't have video game stores outside of EBgames (Gamestop) and, even when you do find the odd "mum and pop" type of shop, the games are super expensive. As much as i love those older games, i'm not paying 100+ dollars for a 10+ year old DS game that didn't even release at that high a price. Maybe one day i'll have the money and time to scour through facebook marketplace and get all those old systems and old games i enjoyed again so i can play the physical copies, but then again, 500 dollars for Pokemon Heartgold or Soul Silver with the Pokewalker can go jump. I want to re-live my childhood, not take out a 2nd mortgage.
I usually go to thrift stores and check Facebook Marketplace for game. I used to do garage sales, but if I do, I wind up coming home with car-fulls of stuff and I just don’t have room for that right now. But just the other day, I got a couple stacks of Xbox 360 games and a system for free. No heavy hitters, but since it was free, the profit will be great. It’s definitely not an everyday find though.
I'm in the U.K. Most my games come from car boot sales, charity shops , used game shops, ebay, Amazon or Facebook market . I very rarely buy new games.
Man, pawn shops are *not* stocked like this around here. Lucky if they have 10 games. Thrift stores & Offer Up is where I get most of my stock. Great pick ups!
I Just recently discovered this channel and am really enjoying the content so I apologize if this question has been asked and answered before, but does anyone know the app he is using to do price look-ups/comparisons?
I go to all of the above! Try to find the best prices for anything missing from my ps3 collection and always try to get them complete and in very good condition
I've been working on collecting for the Sega Genesis, starting to find some decent titles but very few c.i.b. I've been having luck at smaller retro game stores. The mom and pop stops is what I call them. I check every thrift and pawn shops but they are always overpriced and dont have anything before ps4 and xbox 1 or switch. Waiting for garage sale season here in Michigan. That's usually my best bet for cheap or underpriced games.
I usually just preorder on Amazon and pay full retail. That’s how I pick up most of my games. They knew I do miss at release, u watch their prices closely
Honestly buying video games here in Norway is kinda difficult. Unfortunately all physical video game stores no longer exist here and there are no pawn shops either. There's only general electronic stores that may have some games, but otherwise you gotta go online or digital games. We also dont have amazon or ebay (unless you want to pay for expensive shipping and 25% extra in import taxes. So yea, I mostly buy physical games through a couple online stores we have, thats about the only way :p
Interesting. I sold my copy of Gex on PS1 for £139 on Ebay a few days ago over here in the UK and my copy of Gauntlet Legends on N64 sold recently too. (I still have tons of games to sell and more that I haven't listed yet)
I wish i could hunt in my area, i went to a game store this weekend, guy wanted 100 for fortune street sealed when it sells for 70 average, and pkmn crystal he wanted 140 when its a 90$ game… so its hard here in my area
How do I primarily buy video games? I tend to have a balance between ebay and Gamestop. Unless of course the plan was to flip it. I was primarily using ebay in bulk or on bid. for that. I had no idea about the haggling side of pawn shops and the like. Now my plan is to hit up these rural pawn shops I live by. Awesome video. 👌🏼 I love the strategy guides. It hurt to see the last part though. 💔
Great video. Been looking at your videos more awesome things you find. One question is galactic wrestling worth anything? Or anyone that knows. I got it for 5.
I mainly do pawnshops cause most of them around me Give me good deals I don't have a game store within a hour of my location and the few ones I been to really didn't find anything
I get most of my stuff at GameStop. But they never have 3ds stuff anymore which is disappointing but expected with the eshop going soon. Pawn shops have absolutely nothing. And the other used game stores are waaaay too far away.
I normally but my games from Amazon, GameStop every blue moon, a local St Louis store V-Stock but thier prices are a little high, or Best Buy. I just normally but new stuff, I'm not to hot on Used stuff because I want to be the one who unwraps the game for the first time.
I buy from a local store only a mile from my house. The Video Game Cavern in Taylors SC. I do hit conventions. Like Southeast Game Exchange coming up in July. I will check prices on amazon and ebay for something really obscure. Enjoying Phoenix Resale videos. I admire your negotiation Skill +3. And your always positive attitude. I might not be brave enough to go to some of these seedy pawn shops.
Sometimes I'll download a few games that's not in store, & as always I'll go game hunting. Definitely for Ps1,Ps2,Ps3,PS Vita & Ps4 games. Far as the ps5, I'm not going to keep upgrading console after console. The ps4 is my last console by Sony.
i dont collect or resell. though i have been playing video games daily since 1985. for the last 8 years i have been trading 90% of my games on FB or kijiji when i am finished with a game i post it looking to trade for something i have not played yet. as an example i bought God of war. I have been making trades over and over again on that one game. after about 15 trades i am playing fary cry 6.
You should totally make a hoodie or something with "Y'all didn't happen to have any other video game stuff, did ya?"
A yellow hoodie for sure he is always wearing that yellow hoodie lol
Id buy it fr
I'd def buy it if he did
This is actually a very good Idea.
Hopefully he will take inspiration of your comment
What an idea I’d actually wear that game hunting. Been looking for a yellow hoodie and wouldn’t even have to ask the question then so win win 🤣
I usually go to estate sales. As a collector it’s a great way to fill out a collection
Where do you find those
I thought video game hunting in my town was impossible…….. then I stumble upon this video and see Caleb is absolutely killing it here 😂😂
This feels like an AU version of Pawn Stars, nice vid!!
Ok,
MrBeast sucks
Hey!
Always keep spare chargers and cables in the trunk of the car 💪🎮💰
You are awesome! I like your optimism and emphasis on seeing opportunities in most scenarios. Thanks for the content!

editing on this is next level
I have been looking for an video exactly for this purpose for so long and I found out you have a video on it I'm so glad
Being humble is a great quality. Never lose that. Your hard work will pay off most definitely. Respect this man's hustle.
I PRIMARILY hit Facebook Marketplace for the DEALS 💰💰💰
I don't play that many different games just yugioh on the switch but your videos are very catchy and enjoyable to watch now I wait every week the gamecube hunting 😂👍
@Katz I know but I spent 50 dollars for pokemon arceus and complete it in a week 😂😂
Theres not really many physical game stores locally in the UK especially in my area therefore i usually go online to shop
Maybe you should bring some spare chargers of handheld devices in case the store doesn't have it. For moneh!

Always so nice to see a phoenix upload ☺️
what about Renix Pesale
Damn you didn’t have to do the first lady in the pawn shop like that lol
I go to whats called a Kringloop in our country cuz er aint any better place to get cheap video games for me.
I live in a big city where all we mostly have is GameStop so there & eBay are where I get most of my games. You have literally 300k subs at this moment! Well done
there goes your profit. ending was hilarious

I buy my video games how ever I can from online to hunting in stores. I love the thrill of getting good deals on games.
That laughing Lady should be a meme 😂

Richmond! I can’t believe you decided to game hunt while me and my friends were on spring break!
I primary found my games at pawn shops, thrift stores , yard sales, and antique shops

Micro center used to be my little secret for clearance and import DS games back in the day
Tell me why you passed up on the Bomberman Second Attack on n64. 🤔🤔🤔😮
I'm in the U.K. Most my games come from car boot sales, charity shops , used game shops, ebay, Amazon or Facebook market . I very rarely buy new games.
To answer the question at 8:49: I primarily go to my local Walmart and buy it physically.
Man, pawn shops are *not* stocked like this around here.
Lucky if they have 10 games. Thrift stores & Offer Up is where I get most of my stock.
Great pick ups!
Since watching your channel I have been going everywhere. Game stores, pawn shops, flea markets , my own collection as well.

@@pedrosuarez7945 What??
That blue 3ds is cerulean blue. It’s a colour I’m looking for actually. They didn’t get sold over here
I go online and go to a few gamestores out of town where I live but not to far out
I Just recently discovered this channel and am really enjoying the content so I apologize if this question has been asked and answered before, but does anyone know the app he is using to do price look-ups/comparisons?
Whatnot app
I go to all of the above! Try to find the best prices for anything missing from my ps3 collection and always try to get them complete and in very good condition
yesss a new video , love the content mate keep it up
I've been working on collecting for the Sega Genesis, starting to find some decent titles but very few c.i.b. I've been having luck at smaller retro game stores. So much easier to collector r Nintnedo that Sega
Could always be worse, you could live in a country with less yard sales, less games in general and every game store never underprices anything ever
Hey great video. You should carry around a spare 3ds charger so you can test etc. it’s small enough to go in your bag or car 🤓
I usually just preorder on Amazon and pay full retail. That’s how I pick up most of my games. They knew I do miss at release, u watch their prices closely
Crazy that microcenter sponsored you lol i live un the same town as the north jersey location lol love your content man 🔥

Banger as always man!
Open box prices from micro center are amazing 🙌
Microcenter!? Woah gnarly!
Lol I just grabbed panzer general on whatnot for $5 never saw it before either.
Big Shout out to your Editor Great job awesome Content.
Guessing you missed the sealed resident evil essentials box for ps2 in the case at the 12 minute mark
There's a local game store I tend to visit and pawn shops when time permits
Are you going to Midwest gaming classic next week?
Any episode with Gexy Boys is a good episode
Do you own/use a disc refurbisher for all the disc games you come across?
Awesome video thank you
I just found the Metal Gear collection this morning. I tune into the vid and you bought it haha. Whata coincidence.
Interesting. I sold my copy of Gex on PS1 for £139 on Ebay a few days ago over here in the UK and my copy of Gauntlet Legends on N64 sold recently too. (I still have tons of games to sell and more that I haven't listed yet)
If you have your own charges at home you should bring them with you. Seems to be an issue pretty often
True, like a few batteries, chargers for nds, 3ds and whatever the fuck doesnt take much space I believe
I used to buy all my collectors edition with the statues but they rarely make cool collectors editions anymore so I buy digital.
I wish i could hunt in my area, i went to a game store this weekend, guy wanted 100 for fortune street sealed when it sells for 70 average, and pkmn crystal he wanted 140 when its a 90$ game… so its hard here in my area
Gotta get on this train!

I tickled the like button for you :)

Great video. Been looking at your videos more awesome things you find. One question is galactic wrestling worth anything? Or anyone that knows. I got it for 5.

may as well keep going to game xchange to buy and resell.
Come to Los Ángeles!!
Cool 😎 finds!
Hunt it’s like Christmas when you find a gem!
I bought a game boy game called “Solar Striker” for around $12 on EBay.
What's up with the 16 bit 📷
I mainly do pawnshops cause most of them around me Give me good deals I don't have a game store within a hour of my location and the few ones I been to really didn't find anything
Ebay, fb market. Going around town isn't something I have time for sadly. I would love to do that but gas prices today ain't no joke as well
ain’t no joke? double negative. And should be “are no joke”
I get most of my stuff at GameStop. But they never have 3ds stuff anymore which is disappointing but expected with the eshop going soon. Pawn shops have absolutely nothing. And the other used game stores are waaaay too far away.
we dont unfortunally dont have many gamestores in norway so most of the time we use secondhand markets on the interwebs or facebook:(
Same here in Sweden. Not many stores at all. Facebook Market and Tradera is kind of the only way to make some money.
I usually go to thrift stores and go to my local video game stores
I normally but my games from Amazon, GameStop every blue moon, a local St Louis store V-Stock but thier prices are a little high, or Best Buy.

Caleb can you do a video on how you do your taxes on the flips? I think that would be a good video.
I’m Canadian but I love the US and we have freedom to!!!!!!!
Not for long we don't. Justmeet Trudingh will sort that out shortly.
Can u do a video where u explain how u sell on Amazon because I want to start but don’t know how
We only have a small games shop that sell the games
Which app you use to compare prices?
The national anthem part had me LOLing 💀💀💀
i dont collect or resell.
though i have been playing video games daily since 1985. for the last 8 years i have been trading 90% of my games on FB or kijiji
when i am finished with a game i post it looking to trade for something i have not played yet.
as an example i bought God of war. I have been making trades over and over again on that one game. after about 15 trades i am playing fary cry 6.
The ripped Zelda guide at the end lol, FLIP
Could you make a video on how to sell on Amazon lol I started flipping but I sell on Mercari 😔
#1 Tip I learned from the channel.
Don't buy games on Amazon.
I go to the flea market and video game stores
I got a free 256gb SSD that I use on my PS5 for ps4 games. It’s an awesome store
Heyyyyyy that’s my hometown!!
