I think they call this a "serviced apartment". Minimum rm1000 a month.. I suppose that is a bargain compared to Tokyo or Singapore.. and much better than a crappy rm100/night cheap hotel. I wonder if there is anything similar in Bangkok or Chiang Mai for the same sort of price. Would be nice if you wanted to stay for a month or two.
Does it come with free parking? For locals with car.
The cheapest is 1k for small room. If its separated door like hotel, im interested. But its sharing a house

You didn't mention the most important thing - What's the Price?
Quite cheap actually. RM1500 - RM1800 p/mth. No star hotel also cost that much per night.
Super budget price. Rm1500-Rm1800 for 3 room 2 toilet. Very cheap. Rm600 per room per month.
Unfortunately, on their website, Regular room is Rm1500, Master bedroom is Rm1800, price is not for the apartment.
With an apartment as nice and cozy as that, you might as well stay for as long as your visa allows.
Well, it's supposed to be minimum 90 days lease, and he just returned to KL....

How much usd you need depends on your lifestyle. You can definitely have a good life here with 1000usd. I've spent less on average per month. But to have a really comfortable live, apartment, food etc I'd recommend around 1500 usd

If I not wrong this apartment building call vortex right, there is really convenient to go KLCC and also bukit bintang, always stay there when I went to KL.
But its more beautiful when the view infront KLCC

I just watched you from the start and you can certainly tell you getting lots more money etc it’s a shame you should be the true you and stay were you not getting very cheap it’s like 2 sides to you please I loved the vlogs when you got to the places you showing the rooms now it’s like you got to good for it please be careful as many cloggers doing all those places I love yours as down to earth but this flat is showing people money or free x

Rm40+ per day for 1 month, this is far better option than hotels if u plan to stay in the area for 1 month or longer.

Ken, this is not the best apartment in Kuala Lumpur. This is equivalent to a Tier 3 apartment. The Tier 1's and 2's have direct view of the Golden Triangle and full amenities. Similar to the previous apartment of Aki, the Japanese You Tuber in Malaysia.
